Raymond Russell Curry, 75, of Greenock, passed away Friday, August 6, 2021. He was born July 20, 1946 in East McKeesport and was the son of the late Ralph R. and Carolyn Mae (Hancher) Curry. Raymond was a member of the Pine Run United Methodist Church, White Oak American Legion, Elizabeth Township Ex-serviceman's Association, the Versailles Croatian Club, and  Dravosburg F & AM Lodge # 765. He was retired from US Steel Irvin Works and served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War. Raymond loved playing Pinochle and Chess and going to the Casino.

He is survived by his daughters, Myra Rene (Nick) Piergrossi of Neenah, WI, and Sheila Michelle (John Homer) Curry of Bethel Park, son, Daniel Ray (Andrea) Curry of Windber, brother, Dale Henry (Rosemary) Curry of Tallmadge, OH, grandchildren, Carolyn, Brendan, Samantha, Michael, Jacklyn, Madison, Reagan, and Ethan, long time companion, Josephine Ash, and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother, R. Craig Curry. Friends are welcome Tuesday, August 10, 2021 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm and Wednesday, August 11 from 9-10 am at the Gilbert Funeral Home and Crematory, Inc., 6028 Smithfield Street, Boston, Elizabeth Township.
