Andrew J. Kochan Jr., 68, of Blaine Hill, passed away on Monday, August 22, 2016, at home. An Army veteran serving during the Vietnam War, he was a utility worker for Allegheny County. He was a life member of Blaine Hill Volunteer Fire Company. He loved fishing, going to gun bashes and the casino, and was an avid card player, especially with pinochle and euchre.

Born May 31, 1948, in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Andrew Kochan Sr. and Irene B. (Uveges) Kochan. He was the beloved husband of Billie Jean (Young) Kochan of Blaine Hill; beloved dad of daughter, Jayme R. (Sean Amprim) Kochan of Monessen; brother of William (Helen) Kochan of Blaine Hill; also survived by an aunt, cousins, nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, 221 North Second Avenue, Elizabeth on Friday, August 26, 2016, from 1 to 4:30 PM. A Funeral Service will take place on Friday, August 26, 2016, at 4:30 PM in Paul E.
