Claudia Mae Dykes Glover, 88 of Clairton, PA, peacefully transitioned August 17, 2016 in Southwestern Health Center.

Born February 15, 1928 in McKeesport, PA, daughter of the late Daniel and Eva Finkley Dykes. She was preceded in death by children Stephen "Stevie" Glover, John Glover, Darnela Dykes Lee, Ronald "Butch" Glover, and grandson, Danny Glover.

She was a member of Mt. Olive First Baptist Church, Clairton. She was a loving wife and caring mother to her children. She was a homemaker who made her house into a home.

Surviving are children, Mary Glover of Clairton, PA, Dorothy Glover of Las Vegas, NV, Grace Glover of Detroit, MI, Darlene Glover of Clairton, PA, Samuel Glover, Jr. of Detroit, MI, Cornell Glover of Sweetwater, TN, Delvon Glover of Woodbridge, VA, Carlos Glover of West Mifflin, PA, Keith Glover of Clairton, PA; two sisters, Bertha Murray of Clairton, PA, Irene "Trish" Townsend of Clairton, PA, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Friends will be received from 4-8 p.m. on Thursday at Mt. Olive First Baptist Church, 451 Park Avenue, Clairton, Pennsylvania, where services will be held on Friday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. Dr. William Callaway, officiating.

Interment will follow in the Round Hill Cemetery, Elizabeth, Pennsylvania.
