Carol M. (Costa) Zuro, age 64, of Jefferson Hills, passed away on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at UPMC McKeesport. She was a retired registered nurse for UPMC McKeesport ICU and ER and was a case manager for UPMC Health Plan. She was a member of Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish, St. Thomas a Becket Church in Jefferson Hills. She loved shopping, traveling and boating, but most of all her grandchildren and family. Born October 9, 1957 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of Theresa (Pastorius) Costa of Jefferson Hills and the late Joseph "Fox" Costa. In addition to her mother, she is survived by her husband of 43 years, Frank M. Zuro; children, Nicole (Tom) D'Antonio of Jefferson Hills and Michael (Leah) Zuro of Pleasant Hills; grandchildren, Mia, Luke, Zayden, Macsen and Dominik; brother, Joseph T. (Gloria) Costa of Jefferson Hills; also, nieces and nephews. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Bekavac Funeral Home, 221 North Second Avenue, Elizabeth on Wednesday, February 16, 2022 from 1-3 and 5-8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, February 17, 2022 at 10 AM in St. Thomas a' Becket Roman Catholic Church. Burial will follow in Jefferson Memorial Park, Pleasant Hills.
