Larry Knight, Jr., age 68, of Washington, PA, formerly of the North Side of Pittsburgh, died March 3, 2021, at Montefiore Medical Center. Born February 23, 1953, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Lauro and the late Azzie Lee (Jackson) Knight.

Larry last worked at Shop-N-Save, in Washington, where he worked in the prepared foods department. He also worked for the Salvation army in North Side of Pittsburgh. He served in the US Marine Corps. during peacetime. Larry was a member of the Life Church of Washington, where he was a choir member. He enjoyed reading, cooking, and singing.

In addition to his father, Larry is also survived by the mother of his daughter, Georgia Knight of Prince George, VA; daughter, Wanda Renee Knight of Prince George, VA; granddaughter, Jaylyn Knight of Prince George, VA; siblings, Ulysses Knight of McKeesport, Donna Knight of McKeesport, Vivian (Robert) Mills of Harrisburg, Vivian (Paul) Ball of McKeesport, Earl (Mary) Knight of Penn Hills, Katherine Parr of Washington, Eddie James Knight of Washington, Dorothy Knight of Washington; also many nieces and nephews.
He was also preceded in death by brothers, Willie, Cornelius, Lougene, and William Knight.
Family and friends will be received at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory on Monday, March 8, 2021, from 10 a.m. until the time of memorial service at Noon, in the funeral home chapel. Pastor Michael Queen will officiate. Inurnment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
