William (Billy) M. Stevens, age 67, of New Alexandria, died August 7, 2025 at his home. Born October 26, 1958 in McKeesport, he was the son of the late James Stevens and Shirley (Schlessinger) Stevens Burd, and life partner of the living, Pamela Lukacs Mrazik.

Billy often joked, "I've got more miles backing up than you do driving forward," a testament to the years he spent behind the wheel. His hands, often stained with engine grease, reflected a life deeply rooted in working on project cars and fixing things around the house. His passion for speed and motorsports was evident in his devotion as a NASCAR fan, dreaming of one day following the NASCAR Cup Series Circuit.
