Peter Derkas, age 56, of McKeesport, died May 27, 2020, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital.  Born August 18, 1963, in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Stephen and Janet (Petroski) Derkas.  He worked at the McKeesport Senior Care Plaza as a dietary aid.  He loved to cook and was known to walk everywhere.    He enjoyed having a good time and was the life of the party.

Dorothy Webber, age 94, of McKeesport, died May 26, 2020.  She is survived by children, Wayne (Mary) Webber, Bruce Webber, Jeanne Orlando, Judy Ruder and Tom (Luisa) Webber; she is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by children, Glenn, Linda, and Mora, and grandchildren, Cory Ruder and Terry.  Family and friends will be received at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory on Monday from 12-2 p.m.  Inurnment will follow at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park. Due to the current CDC restrictions, only 25 people are permitted in the funeral home at one time. All visitors must wear a mask upon arriving. Jamie Lyn Brewster Filotei, age 46, of McKeesport, died May 12, 2020, peacefully at home. Born December 22, 1973, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of Senator James R. and Linda (Harding) Brewster and the wife of Kenneth J. Filotei.

Jamie was retired from McKeesport Area School District, where she was a 4th grade elementary school teacher for 24 years. She was an excellent athlete and received a basketball scholarship to Mansfield University where she received a degree in Education. She was a member of the Christy Park United Methodist Church. Jamie was currently serving as Vice-President, on the McKeesport City Council. She was also a member of the Kiwanis Club of McKeesport, and very involved with the Girl's on the Run.
