VIRGINIA S. FAIR, 70, of Monongahela, died Jan. 3, 2017. She is the daughter of the late Harold and Mary (Dodd) Moss. She is survived by her son David (Christine) Cooke of Liberty Boro and grandson Daniel Cooke. Virginia was an accomplished pianist, writer and teacher and received her Master's degree from West Virginia University. She loved animals and, in fact, participated in the rescue and rehabilitation of many animals throughout her life. She was a lover of life and believed in helping those less fortunate than herself.
