Warren Ross Weimer, 65 of McKeesport passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2025. He was born October 13, 1960 in McKeesport to the late Harry Alexander and Patricia Ann (Gordon) Weimer. Warren was well known by so many people. He was comfortable holding a conversation with anybody he came across, and those who knew him personally always had something nice to say about him - he overall was just a nice guy. He is survived by his son, Warren Ross Weimer, Jr.; grandchildren, Xavier, Justice, Zaydon, and Warren Weimer III.; brothers, Harry (Judy) Weimer, Gordon (Barbara) Weimer, and Allan (Kimberly) Weimer; sisters, Ella (Rev. Dr. Gary) Filson, Nora (Richard) Evans, Janie (James) Antista, and Christine Weimer; as well as numerous nieces and nephews. There is no visitation. Sherri Ann Parry, age 68 of Greensburg, formerly of North Huntingdon died November 12, 2025, at Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. She was born August 30,1957 in Charleroi, a daughter of Carolyn Riechard Holmes and the late Wendell Holmes Jr. Sherri was a graduate of Norwin class of 1975 and a tennis player. She then graduated from Wilma Boyd School of business and worked as both a travel agent and a waitress at Kings Restaurant. For many years, Sherri was the co-owner of Gongaware and Parry Floral Shop and Greenhouse. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother, Wendell "Buck" Holmes III, and a sister, Terri Holmes. She is survived by two sons, Justin and his wife Andrea, Zachary and his wife Dawn, sister-in-law, Bonny Holmes and former husband and friend Jeff Parry. Thomas "Tom" Keener, 71, of Ruffs Dale, passed away on Monday, November 10, 2025. He was born on September 13, 1954 in Scott Haven and was the son of the late Rudolph Thomas and Ethel Mae (Grove) Keener. Tom was a US Army Veteran. He was a body mechanic for 45 years. He loved going fishing with his grandkids. He enjoyed cutting the grass.

Odis “Odie” Lee Trimnal, 92, of Dravosburg, passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at his home. He was born in Highpoint, North Carolina, on January 11, 1933, to late Irby and Janet Wilds Trimnal. Odis was the loving husband of 70 years to Delores Jean Kerfoot Trimnal. He is survived by his wife Delores Trimnal of Dravosburg, son, Murph (Teena) Trimnal of Dravosburg, daughters, Cindy Brady of Dravosburg, Jodi Trimnal of Glassport, grandchildren Nichole, Holly, Katie, and Chelsea, great-grandchildren Callie, Jo Jo, and Collins, nieces and nephews, and his loving dogs, Mali and Carlos. Odis was preceded in death by son Jeff Trimnal and brothers Lawrence “Bub” Trimnal, Pete Trimnal, and sister Doris Stock. He was a lifelong member of the Dravosburg #1 Volunteer Fire Department and a member of American Legion Post 380. Odis served in the Army and fought for his country in the Korean War, serving in the 136th Infantry Mortar Section and the 47th Viking Squad. He was formerly employed at the Firth Sterling Graphite Mill, McKeesport, for 27 years. He enjoyed golfing, playing cards, and Euchre. Michael Paul Kunkle, of Irwin PA, known professionally as Marshall Adams, died unexpectedly on Nov. 10, 2025, at the age of 51. As a 14-year-old student, he began his career by founding the Harrison City Post, while also writing part-time for his beloved Penn-Franklin News. He progressed by reporting for an alphabet soup of radio stations across the country. He was especially proud of his accomplishments as an anchor at WBT, editor at KTRH, and program director at KDKA, which was his lifelong dream. He founded Atlanta’s first all-news radio station, WYAY, in 2012 before creating his own company, Marshall Adams Media, where he produced programming for the Fisher House Foundation. He is survived by his children, Jordan, William and Charlotte; parents, Linda and Alan; brother, Brian; nephew, Brody; and former wife, Emily. Friends will be received at the James W. Alfredo Alaysa “Big Fred” Calub, Sr., 53, of North Huntingdon, passed away unexpectedly at home on Saturday, November 8, 2025. He was born on June 21, 1972, in Manila, Philippines, and was the son of the late Antonio Calub, Sr., and Visitacion (Alaysa) Calub Maxwell, and was the stepson of the late Robert Lee Maxwell. Alfredo was a proud mail carrier for the United States Postal Service and had previously served as an accountant for DoubleTree by Hilton in Monroeville. He attended Praise Assembly Church in North Versailles, and was an active member of Boy Scouts Troop 257 in Irwin. He was also the former treasurer for The Filipino American Association of Pittsburgh. He was known for his generous spirit and joyful personality, “Big Fred” was a friend to everyone he met, and considered himself the unofficial mayor and mascot of Greensburg. He had a lifelong love of basketball, playing in church leagues, Pittsburgh leagues, and Norwin leagues. He was also passionate about cooking, and his famous egg rolls, adobo, and pancit were always a hit with family and friends. A devoted husband, father, and grandfather, Alfredo was a proud “baseball dad,” coached flag football, and served as an official for his daughter’s swim team. He had a gift for turning anything into a game and was truly a big kid at heart. He was an adoring Grandfather, who was affectionately known as "Lolo". As a caregiver and partner, he exemplified love, patience, and selflessness always willing to help anyone in need, especially his wife, Michelle in recent years. He will be greatly missed.

Loretta M. Diggs, age 92, of McKeesport, died November 6, 2025, at her home. Born October 4, 1933, in Monessen, PA, she was the daughter of James and Osalee (Nalls) Wong and the wife of the late Samuel R. Diggs, with whom she was married for 47 years.
Loretta graduated from the University of Pittsburgh's Nursing program. After, she became a psychiatric nurse, spending many years caring for patients during times of crisis at Western Psychiatric Hospital before eventually retiring.
Loretta's journey was marked by unwavering resilience and commitment to her community. Loretta made history on January 4, 2011, when she was elected as the first African American to serve as vice president of the McKeesport City Council. She told a reporter, "I got unanimous votes, and I couldn't believe it. It feels good. Whenever I ran for council, I was the first Black ever endorsed in this town." Loretta's achievement was not solely a personal triumph; it was a tribute to her family's legacy of activism and perseverance. Her grandparents fought tirelessly for the right to vote in Georgia, a struggle that deeply influenced her lifelong dedication to public service. As she recalled, "I'm a wise old lady. I've been in politics ever since I came to McKeesport, and that's been 40 years. My grandparents were in Georgia, and they fought really hard to get the right to vote, so this has always been important to me."

Gregg Shirley, 64, of Glassportm died Nov. 7,, 2025. He is the son of the late Jim and Peg Shirley. He is survived by his brother David Shirley; nephew Wayne (Traci) Shirley; great niece Kelsie Shirley and cousins. Gregg was known for his kind and gentle spirit, especially when it came to his love for dogs and horses. He and his father would travel to many local horse shows. He was a collector of many things, inclulding match box cars, and he loved talking about all the Pittsburgh sports teams. Gregg also enjoyed bowling, even had his own shoes and custom made bowling ball. Friends will be received at the Wojciechowski Funeral Home in Glassport on Tues. from 5 to 7 and on Wed. from 10:00 am to Noon, at which time a funeral blessing will take place. The interment will follow at Jefferson Memorial Park. The family would like to give a special thank you to the King family and the many loving caregivers for their kindness and support they gave Gregg over the many years.

David T. Lindow, age 60 of North Versailles, passed away on November 9, 2025 at Forbes Hospital. He was born on May 29, 1965 in Pittsburgh, a son of Rita Oeler Lindow and the late Don Lindow. David was a graduate of Norwin High School in the class of 1983, and he was employed as the Collision Center Manager at Kenny Ross Chevrolet. David was a former member of the Hartford Heights Volunteer Fire Department. In his free time, he worked with concrete and liked to fix cars. In addition to his father, David was preceded in death by his sister-in-law Angel. In addition to his mother, he is survived by his companion, Janice Milligan, one daughter, Bobbi Jo Merkt (husband Jeremy), one brother, Dale Lindow, two sisters, Karen Lindow and Wendy Maxey, and his two beloved dogs, Peanut and Margaret. Joseph William “Joe” Oprosky, 69, of Elizabeth Township, passed away peacefully on November 5, 2025 at home surrounded by his loving family. Joe was born August 9, 1956 in McKeesport and was the son of the late John and Elda (Caffari) Oprosky. Joe graduated from Elizabeth Forward High School, Class of 1974. Joe dedicated much of his life to hard work and craftsmanship. He was employed most recently at Wesco as a warehouse worker and was a proud member of the Carpenters Union of Greater Pennsylvania, where he honed his skills in carpentry, drywall, and roofing. An avid outdoorsman, Joe found great joy in hunting and fishing. He was a longtime member of the Grass Flats Hunting Club in Centre County, PA, where he spent many memorable seasons with friends and family. Joe had a lifelong love for the game of baseball, playing throughout his youth, later coaching, and enthusiastically cheering on his two nephews from the sidelines. He was also a devoted Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Pirates fan and enjoyed watching golf in his spare time. He will be greatly missed.

Tracy L. Coulter, 59, of Elizabeth Township passed away Thursday, November 6, 2025. She was born in McKeesport on December 17, 1965 to the late Nancy Kay (Brookmiller) George. Tracy was also the wife to the late Terrance O'Patrick Coulter, Sr., who passed away January 4, 2025. She is survived by her children, Lisa (Trennon Sr.) Coulter-Neal, April (Matthew Sr.) Coulter, Carrie (David Jr.) Anderson, and Terrance "Patrick" (Emily) O'Patrick Coulter, Jr.; as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her mother and husband, Tracy is preceded in death by her son, Kenneth E. "Tiny" Wesolowski, who passed away September 11, 2024. Ruth E. May, age 74 of Irwin, passed away on November 8, 2025 at Canterbury Place in Pittsburgh. She was born on June 4, 1951 in McKeesport, a daughter of the late John Konopka and Ruth Smith Konopka. Ruth attended Immaculate Conception Church in Irwin and she was a graduate of McKeesport High School in the class of 1970. Prior to her retirement, she was employed in the call center at the CVS in Wilkins Township. Ruth was known as a great cook and she also liked to bake. In addition to her parents, Ruth was preceded in death by one brother, Thomas Konopka. She is survived by two brothers, John Konopka (wife Nancy) and Charles Konopka (wife Diane), three sisters, Martha Kastronis (husband Arnold), Susanne Starkey, and Joanne Lawson (husband Bobby), and numerous nieces and nephews.
