Odis “Odie” Lee Trimnal, 92, of Dravosburg, passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2025, at his home. He was born in Highpoint, North Carolina, on January 11, 1933, to late Irby and Janet Wilds Trimnal. Odis was the loving husband of 70 years to Delores Jean Kerfoot Trimnal. He is survived by his wife Delores Trimnal of Dravosburg, son, Murph (Teena) Trimnal of Dravosburg, daughters, Cindy Brady of Dravosburg, Jodi Trimnal of Glassport, grandchildren Nichole, Holly, Katie, and Chelsea, great-grandchildren Callie, Jo Jo, and Collins, nieces and nephews, and his loving dogs, Mali and Carlos. Odis was preceded in death by son Jeff Trimnal and brothers Lawrence “Bub” Trimnal, Pete Trimnal, and sister Doris Stock. He was a lifelong member of the Dravosburg #1 Volunteer Fire Department and a member of American Legion Post 380. Odis served in the Army and fought for his country in the Korean War, serving in the 136th Infantry Mortar Section and the 47th Viking Squad. He was formerly employed at the Firth Sterling Graphite Mill, McKeesport, for 27 years. He enjoyed golfing, playing cards, and Euchre. Alverda L. “Birdie” Kivador O'Hara, 69, of Greensburg, formerly of Clairton, passed away Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at her home. She was born in Jefferson on October 6, 1956, to the late Charles “Big A” Kivador and Twyla Knight Bowers. She is survived by sons Dan (Kristy) Kivador of Hempfield, Grant (Dana) O'Hara of Wheeling, WV, Matthew O'Hara of Liberty, and James R. (Tonya) O'Hara, Jr. of Washington, sister Sandra Butvin of Portage, IN, fifteen grandchildren, nephews John, Jimmy, and Andrew Butvin, and beloved cat Willow. Andrew “Andy” Lynde Millington, 90 of Pittsburgh, formerly of Mt. Lebanon, passed away on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at Kane Community Living Center in Scott Township. He was born in Chicago, Illinois, on January 28, 1935, to the late Andrew J. and Emaline Lynde O'Connor Millington. Andrew was the loving husband of 36 years to his late bride, Marianne Krill Millington. Andrew was preceded in death by his parents, Andrew J. and Emaline Lynde O'Connor Millington, beloved bride Marianne Krill Millington, and brothers George and John Millington. Andrew was a member of the U.S. Army, where he proudly served his country during the Korean War. He enjoyed spending time at the shooting range, going to the VA with the guys, where they would drink coffee and eat the cookies that he brought, and loved being a generous person. Andrew was employed at Dillner Transfer and Storage in West Elizabeth for 60 years. Arrangements have been entrusted to S.M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 432 N. 6th St, Clairton, PA 15025. Douglas D. “Buggo” Davis, born in McKeesport Hospital and a resident of West Mifflin, passed away on Friday, October 10, 2025, at the age of 69. He was the son of the late Thomas V. Davis and Emily Irene Shigo Davis, brother of Lorraine Smith, Paulette (John) Fiore, the late Thomas (Lisa) Davis, Margaret Davis, and Darlyn (Jamie) Campolongo. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
Doug had a long career on the railroad. He was always willing to lend a hand to those in need and left behind a living example of gentleness and selflessness. Among the many things that brought joy to his life were: restoring late model cars, baseball, traveling to countries (especially Jamaica), participation in theater, Kennywood, being a Mason, reading, and watching “Good Morning America” (especially Deals and Steals), and buying his nieces thoughtful gifts all year long. Kimberly “Kimmy“ Lynn Hawk, 59, of Liberty Boro, passed away on Saturday, October 4, 2025, at UPMC Magee-Womens Hospital. She was born in McKeesport on May 18, 1966, to Marian Virginia Hawk Clay. Kimberly was the loving wife of Frank Wible for 27 years, of Liberty Boro. She is survived by her husband, Frank Wible of Liberty Boro; son, Jared Heckert of West Mifflin; step-children, Ronnie (Bobbi) Wible of Baldwin and Tina Wible of Baldwin; grandchildren, Shyanna, Giana, and Aliyah; many cousins, as well as her beloved dog, Shadow. Kimberly was preceded in death by her grandparents Marion Virginia Goldstrohm Hawk and Robert David Hawk, step-father Thomas Clay, as well as her beloved cat Jordan. She loved spending time with family and friends, camping, loved cooking, enjoying good food, and especially her famous cherry salad. She worked as a nurse's aide and worked in home healthcare. Family and friends will be received on Friday, October 10, 2025, from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. at I.M. Tim Rod Rupert, 86, a lifelong resident of Clairton, passed away peacefully on Sunday, September 7, 2025, at William Penn Care Center in Jeannette. He was born in McKeesport Hospital on October 18, 1938, to the late Edward W. and Lois J. Baxendell Rupert. He was preceded in death by his twin sister Diane Tatar, and his brothers Richard and Danny. Tim was the owner of Rupert's (Bucks) Pizza and Bar. He will be remembered for his fish sandwiches and pizza in a brown bag. He was a lover of all sports, and he sponsored several sports teams in town. Tim enjoyed hunting, fishing, and walking in the woods his beloved Scrubbie. He was a member of the Free Masons, Stephen Bayard Lodge in Elizabeth, and dressed up as Santa for his customers for many years. He is survived by his daughter Renee (Malcolm) Shuster of Jeanette, grandchildren Megan (Sean) Jones of Locust Grove, VA, and Natalie Hredzak of Delmont, great-grandchildren Brayden, Mason, Alayna and Lillian, brother Edward Rupert of Florida, and sister Vickie (Robert) Braglio of Philladelphia. Carolyn H. Hall Racko, 77, a resident of McKeesport for most of her life, a former resident of Hope Mills, NC, passed away on Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at Quality Life Services in Apollo. She was born in McKeesport on February 24, 1948, to the late Cyrus P. and Helen Gaskell Hall. Carolyn was the loving wife of 54 years to the late Andrew Emil Racko, Jr. She is survived by daughter Tanya (Brian Weiner) Racko of Bellevue, son Patrick (Myria) Racko of Hope Mills, NC, grandchildren Ariana Berger, Amanda O'Donnell, Aliyah Zavetsky, Joshua, Jessica, and Jeffery Jr., eight great-grandchildren, as well as her three kitties and bearded dragon Willie. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents and husband Andrew Racko, Jr. In her leisure time, Carolyn used to make beautiful ornate embroideries. Daniel Edward “Zedo” Jacobs, 85, of Port Vue, passed away on Tuesday, May 13th, 2025 at his home. He was born in North Braddock on June 9, 1939, to the late Stephen and Mary Elizabeth Jacobs. Daniel was the loving husband 55 years to the late Nancy Cole Jacobs. He is survived by his daughter Holly (George) Hartung of Port Vue, son Daniel (Nicole) Jacobs of Clairton, grandchildren Logan, Jace, and Hunter, as well as nieces, nephews, and friends. In addition to his parents and wife Nancy. Daniel was preceded in death by his brother S. Gilbert Jacobs and beloved dog Lynyrd. He was previously employed at U.P.S., was a Port Vue police officer, and worked at William H. O’Brian Construction. Daniel was trained as a Master Mechanic but was also a Jack-of-all-trades and a “Mr. Fix it”, which he used to help many people in his life. He was a member of the Port Vue United Methodist Church and was also a Mason. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, May 15, 2025, from 2:00 - 4:00 P.M. and 6:00 - 8:00 P.M. at S.M.
