Sherri Lynn “Reenee” Kearney, 52 of Pittsburgh, formerly of Clairton and Jefferson Hills, passed away on Monday, January 3, 2022, at her home. She was born in Panama City on October 29, 1969, to Linda (Neal) Davis of Belle Vernon and the late Frederick (Cathy) Kearney, Sr. Sherri was the loving wife of 19 years to Brian R. Peternel of West Mifflin. She is survived by her son Shawn Peternel of West Mifflin and her daughter Joelle Kearney of Glassport, as well as her brother Fred (Nicole) Kearney, Jr. of Whitehall and sisters Jackie Kearney of Pittsburgh and Jessica Gouker of Jefferson Hills. Further survivors include her grandson Jayden Olack, nieces Cheyanne (Steve) Luketic and Alyssa Beayrd, and stepmother Cathy Kearney of Jefferson Hills. Other survivors include her significant other of 7 years, John E. McDermitt of Pittsburgh, as well as his family. Sherri was preceded in death by her father Fred and grandmother Rita Kearney. She was a member of the VFW Post 803 in Clairton. She enjoyed watching the Steelers and Penguins, playing bingo, discussing politics, and debating on Facebook. John Charles Bumba, 56 of North Versailles, passed away on Thursday, December 30, 2021, at UPMC East. He was born in Braddock on December 30, 1965, to the late Dennis Sr. and Pearl Remias Bumba. John was the loving partner of over 25 years to the late April Cincarik. He is survived by sisters Priscilla (Bob) Burdelski and Lisa (Bobby) Crispens, as well as his brother Dennis (Melissa) Bumba, Jr., as well as nephews Michael Otterson Jr. and Trevor Williams and nieces Elayna Burdelski, Krystyna Burdelski, and Madelyn Bumba. John was also “Pap” to April’s children and grandchildren, whom he helped to raise. John was preceded in death by his parents as well as the love of his life April Cincarik, whose death preceded him by only 2 days. He worked in the customer service quality administration department of the Kurt J. Lesker Company in Clairton. John was a member of the Latrobe Harley Owners Group (H.O.G.) and will be remembered for making everyone laugh during H.O.G. meetings and trips. He enjoyed riding his Harley, spending time with his family, and helping to organize the annual Western PA Pittsburgh Toy Run. April Marie “Hey” Robbins Cincarik, 64 of North Versailles, formerly of Turtle Creek and Glassport, passed away on Tuesday, December 28, 2021, at her home. She was born in McKeesport on July 15th, 1957, to the late Eugene Emerson Robbins and Marion Elizabeth Gibson. April was the loving partner to the late John C. Bumba. She is survived by her daughters Deana Ridge of Butler and Darci Cincarik (Paul Sachs) of Penn Hills, and her son Daniel (Lindsey) Cincarik of Brackenridge, as well as her sister Eileen (Joseph) LaCivita of East McKeesport. Further survivors include her grandchildren Lauryn, Alex, Riley, Bellanowa, Cassandra and Dylan, her great-grandson Tyler, and many nieces and nephews. April was preceded in death by her parents and son-in-law Mark D. Ridge. She attended the First Baptist Church in Monroeville and worked in the Computer System Security division of Westinghouse. April was also instrumental in organizing the yearly Western PA Pittsburgh Toy Run where she helped to create Christmas magic for a countless number of children. She enjoyed shopping, going on vacation, and creating memories with her grandchildren. Family and friends will be received on Thursday, January 6th, 2022, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at S.M. Andrew Lawrence “Peach” Petrik, 71 of Glassport, passed away on Saturday, January 1st, 2022, at Jefferson Hospital. He was born in McKeesport on November 30th, 1950, to the late Frank and Pauline Ihnat Petrik. Andrew was the loving husband of 42 years to Denise V. Petrik. Andrew is survived by his wife Denise of Glassport, his son Travis Petrik of Glassport, daughter Alissa (Dave) Lloyd of Elizabeth, his grandchildren Mason and Carson Lloyd, his brothers Kenneth Petrik of Glassport, and Frank Petrik of Cleveland, and his sister Joanne Petrik of Glassport, and nephew Jonathan Petrik of Liberty Boro, as well as his six cats Paladin, Juliet, Abbey, Misty, Sofia, and Odie. Andrew retired from U. S. Steel after working for 20 years as a metallurgical tech. Ralph Edwin “Ralphie” Falk, 77 of Jefferson Hills, passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2021, at his home. He was born in McKeesport on December 31, 1943, to the late Jack and Mary Jane Nacey Falk. Ralph was the loving husband of 55 years to Donna L. D’Antonio Falk. He is survived by his wife Donna as well as his children Tracy L. Williams of Pleasant Hills, Ryan C. (Johnetta) Falk of Pleasant Hills, and Kevin A. (Christina) Falk of Jefferson Hills. Additional survivors include his brothers Tom (Patty) Falk of Pleasant Hills and Michael Falk of Manitowoc, Wisconsin. He is further survived by his grandchildren Skylar, Kevin Jr., Asher, Jordan, Makayla, Shaylor, Collin, and Cassidy, and great-grandchildren Evelyn, Ashton, Bryson, as well as an expected great-grandchild Miles. He is additionally survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins. Ralph was preceded in death by his parents and siblings Jack, James, and Mary Jane Falk. He was a member of the Army, as well as an auto worker of 35 years for General Motors. He was also a member of the American Legion Post 75 in Clairton, a former member of the VFW, as well as an original member of the oldies musical group The Holidays. Ralph was also a member of the former St. Clare of Assisi/Thomas A’Becket Church, now known as the Triumph of the Holy Cross. Later in life, he found joy in being a bus driver for the West Jefferson Hills School District. He enjoyed playing golf, watching old TV shows, watching sports avidly, and listening to the Candy and Mike radio show. Ralph was also known for being the owner of St. Clair Coffee Shop where he served both coffee and beer with a smile. Jacqueline Lee “Mert” (Tuttle) Kerr, 84 of Clairton, passed away on Wednesday, December 15, 2021, at her home. Santeaun Nicholas “Sant” Sims, 26 of Forest Hills, formerly of Clairton, passed away on Saturday, December 11, 2021, at his home. He was born on June 16, 1995, in Pittsburgh to Claude S. and Michele R. Sims of McKeesport. Sant is survived by his brothers Xavier (Jasmine) Means of Clairton, C.J. Sims of McKeesport, and Diego Sims of McKeesport. He is further survived by sisters Courtney Sims of Clarksburg, Maryland, Claudia Sims of McKeesport, Lennox (Garrett) King of Greenbelt, Maryland, and his twin Hunter (Kim) Jones-Sims of Forest Hills. He is also survived by his paternal grandparents Dolores Sledge and Calvin and Violet Sims and aunts Valerie Pavlick-Gnazzo and Adrianne Miller. Further survivors include many nieces and nephews, by whom he will be greatly missed. He also leaves behind his girlfriend Iyannah Grant and her daughter Isla. Santeaun was preceded in death by his sister BreAnne as well as his grandparents Delbert and Edith Pavlick. He was a member of the Union Carpenters Local 432. He owned Sant Sims Contracting and worked as a carpenter, where he filled the role of the handyman who could do anything. He enjoyed playing flag football, poker, Playstation, cornhole, and participating in all types of athletics, including but not limited to baseball, basketball, diving, swimming, and track. As a 2013 graduate of Clairton High School, he leaves behind many close friends, teammates, and family members. He was born in McKeesport on July 18, 1958, to the late Joseph Nehila and Virginia L. Coddington Plesniak. Eugene was the loving partner of 49 years to Florence R. Rocco Nehila, to whom he was happily married for 39 years. He is survived by his wife as well as their children Eugene “Beanie” D. (Kim) Nehila, Jr. of Glassport, Eugenia M. McCartney of Clairton, and David A. (Cindy) Nehila of Clairton. He is further survived by his brothers Stephen A. Paul Thomas Vavra, 73 of Dravosburg, passed away on Tuesday, November 30th, 2021, at his home. He was born in McKeesport on October 17, 1948, to the late Albert J. Vavra and Theresa Moran Williams. Paul was the loving husband of 52 years to Georgia M. Lesko Vavra. He is survived by his wife Georgia as well as their daughters Paulette Sutter of White Oak and Trisha (Thomas) OBrien of West Mifflin. Paul is further survived by his brother Raymond Vavra of Clairton and his sister Barbara Jean Habjanitz of Glassport. He is also survived by his grandchildren Cameron, Erin, Sydney, and Shauna, as well as nieces and nephews. Paul also leaves behind his beloved pug Trixie. Paul was preceded in death by his brothers Albert and James, and his sisters Patty, Mary Jane, and Joanne. He was a decorated veteran of the U.S. Army, stationed in Vietnam during the Vietnam War. Paul worked at U.S. Steel in Homestead in the motor room for 20 years, at Scalise Industries, and as an electrician. He was also a member of St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in Duquesne. Paul enjoyed meticulously organizing his garage and building cars. This love of cars resulted in an avid interest in racecars and racing at Keystone. She was born in Uniontown on June 13, 1943, to the late Jacob and Columbia (Hoover) Bittinger. Ethel was the loving wife to the late Fiorey Memmo. She is survived by her daughter Mary Celeste Broker, as well as sons Bryan Lilley and John Lockhart, all of Clairton. Robert C. Large, 86 of Uniontown, formerly of Large, passed away on Tuesday, November 23, 2021, at Uniontown Hospital. Bob was born in Large, PA on February 27, 1935, to the late Thomas and Margaret Wallace Large. He was preceded in death by his parents and brothers Samuel, Austin, Harry, and Thomas. Robert is survived by his sister Margaret Beam of Jefferson, his niece Shirley Rhodes, many nieces and nephews, and also his best friend Bernie Hornsby.
He was a former member of Lebanon Presbyterian Church where he sang in the choir and later joined the New Beginnings Covenant Church in Uniontown.
Even though Robert lived with the effects of polio for 66 years, he persevered to have a full and active life. He worked many jobs including as the night manager of the Three Rivers Bank. Traveling and showing his horses was the hobby he loved most. He was a member of the PA Appaloosa Club, PA Quarter Horse Association, and the Tri-State Quarter Horse Association.
In later years, he was the entertainment organizer for his senior residence. Planning holiday events and many fun parties to brighten the days and encourage fellowship was a pleasure for him.

(Vigliotti) Toth of Jefferson Hills, formerly of Clairton. He is survived by his parents Daniel and Audrey, his wife Krystal, and his son Liam J. Toth.
