Ann Marie Guide, age 85 of White Oak, formerly of East McKeesport, died Saturday, December 16, 2017. She was born April 3, 1932 in McKeesport, the daughter of the late John and Martha M. Easterley Attig. She is the wife of the late Alexander J. Guide. They were the retired owners of the former Double G Car Wash & One Stop Beer Distributor in White Oak. Ann was an avid reader and loved to travel.

She was born October 16, 1926 in McKeesport, the daughter of the late Wiktor Florian and Lottie Tulowiecka Nowicki, and the wife of the late John F. Zahorchak. She was preceded in death by her son Dennis V. Zahorchak in 1987, the same year as her husband. She worked in retail most of her life for Murphy’s, Cox’s, and then My-Shop in Olympia Shopping Center. During the WWII she worked at Christy Park as an inspector.
