Dennis M. Barton, 81, of Irwin, died Friday September 6, 2019 at Transitions Healthcare, North Huntingdon. He was born December 25, 1937 in Wegley, the son of the late Walter and Alice (Youngstead) Barton. He was a retired employee of Parker Hannifin, a former employee of Westinghouse Electric Corp., and also drove school bus for Laidlaw. He was an Army National Guard veteran, a member of Bushy Run American Legion, the American Legion Riders, the Manor Center County Hunters Camp, and St. Joseph Polish Club. He is survived by his wife Sandra (Hodder) Barton; his sons Dennis M. Barton Jr. and Todd M. Barton; and his grandchildren Jacqualyn, Aubrey, Felicity, and Dennis M. Barton III.

James Herald Cain, age 99, of Greensburg, formerly of North Versailles, passed away Friday August 30, 2019. He was born March 29, 1920 in White Valley, the son of the late Thomas and Emma Cain. He served in the Navy during World War II and then went onto work as a machinist at Westinghouse for over 35 years before retiring. He was a longtime member of St. Robert Bellarmine Church in East McKeesport and was always proud of his loving family. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Mercedes Burkhardt. He is survived by his daughters Mary Lou (Stan) Uram of Jeanette and Nancy (Steve) Hudacko of Greensburg; grandchildren Patrick (Elizabeth) Hudacko, Rae Ann (Dwayne) Santivicca, Amie (Jason) Yost, Greg Martin and Michael (Sharon) Martin; 12 great grandchildren; and little sister (who is 96 years old) Agnes Sergy of Braddock.

Mark J. Lazzaro, 76, of North Huntingdon, went to be with his Lord and Savior August 17, 2019. He was born September 21, 1942 in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Joseph J. and Josephine M. (Mazzei) Lazzaro. Mark was a bus driver for most of his working life and drove over 3,600,000 miles as a safe bus driver. He worked for Lincoln Coach, Pennsylvania Coach, 88 Transit, and Community Life. He also worked at Sam’s Club. At age 59 he rode his bike with friends 45 miles from Ohiopyle to Sutersville.
 
Mark excelled at everything he did. He was a member of Norwin Christian & Missionary Alliance Church where he served as an elder, a devoted Sunday school teacher and was in charge of the church van. Mark battled cancer courageously and valiantly with a trust and faith in Jesus as his savior beyond all measure. Mark was a Marine Corps disabled veteran and a member of the Marine Corps League.

Colonel Paul R. Flebotte, Army, Retired, age 79, of North Huntingdon, PA, passed away August 13, 2019. He was born in Springfield, Massachusetts, the son of French Canadian immigrants. He spent 30 years of service in the Army.
 
Paul began his military career by volunteering for the draft and enlisting in the infantry. During this period he served one year in Vietnam. After two years he enrolled in Officers Candidate School and received his commission upon graduation. Paul served a second tour in Vietnam. Military intelligence was his specialty. He served most notably as Army Attaché in Saudi Arabia and Morocco and Defense Attaché in Tunisia.
 
He is survived by Kathy, his wife of over 49 years, and by his son Shawn and wife Crystal; grandchildren Brendan, Olivia, Delaney and Landon; sister Esther Donahue; niece Renee Spring and husband Fred; nephew Mark Donahue and wife Kerry.

He worked for over 31 years as a MI Writer working with manufacturing blueprints for Westinghouse in East Pittsburgh. After retiring, he worked in the tri-state area setting up Hallmark Card displays in stores. He is survived by his wife of over 58 years Georgeanne W. (Wallace) Faison; children Michelle (Paul) Wassel of Scottdale and James R. (Bernadette) Faison Jr. of Murrysville; grandchildren Mallory Schank of McKeesport and Ross Schank of White Oak; and sister Margaret Roy.
