Brianna Sage Shaffer

May 04, 2023 |

By Willig Funeral Home | Posted in: Willig Funeral Home & Crematory

Brianna Sage Shaffer was only with us for 20 years, but she was loved by all who knew her. She passed away on April 30, 2023, tragically. Brianna graduated from Norwin High School and resided in McKeesport. Generous, kind, and passionate, especially about animal rescue, she planned to work in Veterinary Care. Although she was taken from us without fulfilling her dreams of love and marriage with Max Giger, who was her future, she will be forever in our hearts. Brianna was an avid snowboarder, loved dirt biking, and going fishing with her dad. She played various sports, enjoyed going on adventures to cross things off her "bucket list," and dreamed of having a black Infiniti car one day. Brianna was strong and fearless, attacked everything with a purpose, and always lived her life to the fullest.
Brianna leaves behind her mom and dad, Kim and Jim Shaffer; grandmothers, Karin Widel and Donna Pertinaci; close cousins, Sydney and Scott, along with many other family members and friends; and her beloved pets, Oakley, Snoop, Geffory, and JJ.
Family and friends will be received at Willig Funeral Home & Crematory on Monday, May 8, 2023, from noon until 8 p.m.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the Humane Animal Rescue at https://humaneanimalrescue.org/donate.
