Ramon Jaques Howard, 39, of McKeesport, was born November 2, 1985, in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. He was the beloved son to Dwayne Howard and Stephanie Bryan-Franklin. Ramon departed this life on March 29, 2025, at UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA.
Ramon Howard attended McKeesport Area High School all the way up until the 12th grade. He was a football player for the McKeesport Tigers, and he had a real passion for football. He attended the Boys n Girls Clubs of McKeesport. He also enjoyed watching football games, UFC boxing, and he always liked to go to the casino to gamble and bet on his games. His favorite team was the Baltimore Ravens. He has always been a good father, a great big brother and an awesome guy. All of his friends loved him! All of his family loved him, and he was there for everyone just like they would be there for him.

Angel Larae Warren, 41, of West Mifflin, was born August 1, 1983, in McKeesport, PA. She was the beloved daughter of Dante Warren and Lisa King.
Angel departed this life on March 24, 2025, at her residence in West Mifflin, PA. She was preceded in death by her fiancé, Calvin Maurice Hall, brother, Raymond Craighead King, grandmother, Patricia Jackson, and uncle, Jesse Warren.
Angel received her education in the McKeesport Area School District and graduated in 2001. She participated in different activities such as basketball and FBLA (Future Business Leaders of America). During high school she became employed by the Peer Group Telecommunications, Hilltop bar, and then Cooties bar and Grill where she made lifelong friends and memories.
Angel grew up in McKeesport and was a member of the McKeesport Black Berets. Angel had a passion for dancing, music, and fashion from an early age and it was obvious that her style was genuine and unique.

Carol A. (Hensler) Ocheltree, 85, a resident of Redstone Highlands, North Huntingdon, died Saturday, March 29, 2025. She was born March 22, 1940 in Braddock, the daughter of the late Vincent J. and Mary Jane (Menacher) Hensler. Carol retired from Jeannette District Memorial Hospital after 40 years as a Registered Nurse. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Church, Irwin and enjoyed crafting and knitting. She is survived by her daughters Mary Tietjen of Philadelphia, Maggie Ocheltree (Kevin Powanda) of Irwin and Marcy Hudack (Mike) of Bradenton, FL; her grandchildren Mary Catherine Doman (John), David Tietjen (Rachel), and Andrew Tietjen (Kelsey); and her great grandchildren Dominic, John, Alice, Francis, Gwen, Anthony, and Owen.

Maria Kraus of Wall, was returned home to her family on Tuesday, March 31, 2025, at the age of 39. Maria was the loving mother of Kaylee Strawn. She was the beloved daughter of Edward and Tammy (Gates) Kraus, and sister of Justin Kraus. She was the granddaughter of Al and Marge Kraus, and the niece of Tim (Marybeth) Gates, Pam (Doug) Edwards, Sam (Suzanne) Gates, Theresa (Jay) Troutman, Connie (Ron) Kugler, and Matt (Debbie) Kraus. She is also survived by numerous cousins and many friends. She was preceded in passing by her grandparents, Jerry and Nancy Gates, and aunt, Kim Gates.
Maria was loved by many. She always had a smile on her face. Her life revolved around her beautiful daughter, Kaylee. She enjoyed camping, fishing, and going to concerts with her friends. She will be truly missed by all who knew her.

Patty Lynn Stuchel, age 74 of Irwin died April 6, 2025, at Canterbury Place. She was born July 28, 1950, in McKeesport, a daughter of the late Carl and Julia Marie McCoy Stuchel. Patty was a member of the Calvin Presbyterian Church. Prior to her retirement, she was employed as a physical therapist by Excela Home Health Care. She was a graduate of Norwin, class of 1968, she later graduated from Penn State in 1972 with a B.S. degree in Parks and Recreation then continued on to receive her Master's Degree from Arcadia University in physical therapy. Patty's first job was working with her dad and family on their Christmas tree farm near Shawnee State Park, she later worked for Wilkes-Barre Recreation Dept, Penns Woods Girl Scout Council, Wilkes-Barre, Mercy Hospital, Wilkes Barre, Cincinnati VA Medical Center and Excela Home Health Care. She was active in her church, loved backpacking, canoeing, cross country-skiing. She enjoyed going with friends to high school and CLO musicals, concerts, especially summer outdoor ones. She is survived by two sisters, Peggy (Don) Cunningham, Connie (Michael) Noel, nephews and nieces, Jonathan (Tarah) Noel, Matthew (Kristin)Noel, Jennifer (William) Henderson, Daniel (Hannah) Noel, 20 great nephews and nieces 3 great great nephews and nieces and numerous cousins. Isaiah Ngome Katana, 15, of Liberty Boro, passed away Wednesday, April 2, 2025 surrounded by his loving family. He was born July 20, 2009 in Pittsburgh and was the son of Jennifer M. Ingram (Yusef Rollins) Katana and Garama (Wendy) Katana. Isaiah was a current 10th grade student at South Allegheny High School. He loved going to school everyday, and loved to be with his friends, teachers and aides; especially his "Sweetie" and favorite lunch lady, Lori; his bus driver Miss Ashley; teachers, Ms. Skorvan, Ms. Vasko, Ms. Mitchell and Ms. Stockett, Ms. Pikula, Ms. Papp, and Ms. Hart. Isaiah had a great sense of humor, joked around and loved to laugh. He loved going to Amusement Parks and riding roller coasters with his hands up and non-stop laughter. He enjoyed going to Kennywood, where his favorite ride was the Jack Rabbit, Sandcastle, Idewild, Busch Gardens, Disney Land, Disney World, and Dollywood to name a few. He was an avid swimmer and would swim anywhere he could, whether it be the family pool, Sandcastle, Idewild or any body of water he could jump in. He loved listening to music, playing games and YouTube on his phone or computer and counting down the days until the next holiday. He had a special love for Daniel Tiger, Wheel of Fortune and Disney. He will be greatly missed.

David W. “George” Tachoir, Sr., 87 of Jefferson Hills, passed away on Friday, April 4, 2025, at his home. He was born in Jefferson Hills on July 30, 1937, to the late Thomas L. and Edna M. Grimes Tachoir. David was the devoted husband of 65 years to Alice M. Kennedy Tachoir, and a loving father to Dave (Donna) Tachoir, Jr., of Munhall, Kathleen (David) Campitella of Jefferson Hills, Deborah (Joe) Edwards of Brentwood, TN and Ed Kwolek. Loving grandfather to Christopher (Alex) Campitella, Brandon (Elizabeth) Campitella, Stephanie (Andrew) McGuire, and Brittany (Kristianne) Campitella and adoring great-grandfather to great-grandchildren Vance, Jasmine, Maliyah, Brody, Emalyn, Antonio, Analyn. He was also survived by nieces, and nephews, as well as many friends and extended family members who will miss him dearly. David was hardworking and dedicated. He spent 60 years working as a machinist, including working at Copper Weld for 26 years, and at Petersen Machine and Repair Shop for 15 years, where he was known for his intelligence and kindness in helping others. Despite his many responsibilities, he always made time for his family and his passions. David’s hobbies and interests helped to define who he was. He was a former member of the Lebanon Presbyterian church where he was a deacon and elder. He served in the U.S. Army and received a certificate of nomination. He enjoyed camping, spending time with his family, old cars and motorcycles, Lionel trains, and often spent his weekend at the Mountain Pines Campground. His love for Lionel Trains was something that he shared with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren, leaving a mark on us that will never fade. Though Dave may not have liked being the center of attention, he deserves to have his long years of family love honored. He was a man of kindness, generosity, and humor, and he left a lasting impact on everyone who knew him. David was preceded in death by his siblings Billy, Kathleen, Ruth, Betty, Tommy, and great-granddaughter Adalyn. We find comfort in knowing that David’s legacy lives on through the lessons that he taught us, the love he shared, and the memories that we will cherish forever. Shanley Jr. of Irwin, Richard Thomas Shanley of Whitaker and Joseph Michael Shanley of Duquesne; grandfather of Amber Shanley, Cameron Shanley, Brandon Ausbrook, Brittany Fallon and Austin Kirkey; brother of Noreen (Victor) Bertoty of Bridgeville, Patrick “Tommy” (Janny) Shanley of Duquesne and Michael (Evelyn) Shanley of West Mifflin; and father-in-law of Florence Shanley of West Mifflin. Robert E. Jerome, age 73, of Florida, formerly of Liberty Borough, passed away after a difficult battle with cancer. He was a retired former president of Rotelica, a heavy equipment business in Elizabeth. A hard-working, accomplished, independent businessman, Bob was well-known for his expertise in the industry. Betty retired from McKeesport Area School District, where she retired as the cafeteria manager. She was a member of Beulah Park United Methodist Church, where she was active in all aspects of the church. Betty was also a member of the Order of the Eastern Star, for over 50 years. She dedicated her life to family and church, her greatest joy was the time she spent with her great-grandchildren.
