    Donald J. Turek, Sr., age 70, of West Elizabeth, passed away on Sunday, September 2, 2018 at home. He was a retired funeral director with the William H. Craig Funeral Home in McKeesport and worked for various funeral homes in the area. He was a U.S. Army veteran and served during the Vietnam War. He was a former member of the VFW Post #803 in Clairton and a member of St. Isaac Jogues Church in Elrama, the Elrama Sportsman’s Club and the Amateur Trapshooting Association (ATA). He was an avid metal detector and enjoyed various outdoor activities.

Leonard Tramonte, 79, of Irwin, died Saturday September 1, 2018, at home. He was born April 14, 1939, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late Michael and Julia (Falce) Tramonte and was also preceded in death by a brother Thomas. Lenny was a retired chef but more importantly a loving husband, father, grandfather, and brother. He loved to fish and loved spending time with family especially pasta dinners on Sunday. Kenneth Wayne Holmes, 88, of Dravosburg, passed away at home Wednesday, August 29, 2018.  He was born December 20, 1929 in McKeesport to the late Jerry and Mary Cigrand Holmes.  Kenny was a loving husband to his late wife, Iva Beitler Holmes for 38 years.  He is survived by nieces and nephews.  Along with his parents and wife, Kenny was preceded in death by his faithful companion of many years, Betty Hollenbeck; sisters, Mattie Econovich, Emmie Holmes; and brothers, William, Charles, John, Jerry, and Harry Holmes. He served in the US Army during WWII and also served during the Korean War, he was a retired employee of US Steel National Tube in McKeesport, was a member of Dravosburg United Methodist Church,  was an avid hunter, loved driving cars and golfing, but most of all loved his family.  Kenny was honored and delighted to receive his “60 year” pin as a member of the Duquesne/McKeesport Lodge #731 of the Free and Accepted Masons.  Arrangements have been entrusted to I. M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 203 4th Street, Dravosburg,  PA   15034.  As per Kenny’s wishes, there will be no visitation; however, a graveside service will be conducted at Donegal Cemetery on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at 11:00 am. The family suggests memorial contributions be made to Dravosburg United Methodist Church, 109 Maple Avenue, Dravosburg,  PA  15034.
