Mary Elizabeth "Betsy" Tubbs, 78, of Elizabeth Township, died Saturday, April 8, 2017. She was born December 10, 1938 in McKeesport and was the daughter of the late Thomas and Catherine Skiffington Martin. She was the wife of the late Thomas A. Tubbs who died December 31, 1987. She was a member of St. Patrick Parish in Christy Park and was previously a member of the former St. Denis Catholic Church in Versailles. Betsy was a cook for the Sisters of the Divine Redeemer Mother House in Elizabeth Township and retired after 25 years of service.

Seth Connell Wilson, 85, of Elizabeth Township, died Saturday April 8, 2017. He was born March 7, 1932 in Pittsburgh and was the son of the late Frank and Eva Marie Murphy Wilson. Seth was a member of the Round Hill Presbyterian Church, Elizabeth Township Sportsman's Club, the Cast Bullet Association and the Mon-Yough Carvers. He was a US Army Veteran serving in Iceland during the Korean War. For his service, he received the National Defense Service Medal and the Good Conduct Medal. Seth was a retired Draftsman for US Steel.

He was born December 11, 1927 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Maximilian and Evelyn Riley Winters. He was the husband of the late Mary Elizabeth "Muncie" Fodor Winters who died April 18, 2011. James was a member of St. Patrick Parish in Christy Park, and the Men's Guild and Holy Name Society there. He was also a member of the IBEW Local 5 and the White Oak American Legion.

Marsha Ann (Wawrzeniak) Bazylak, 74, of North Versailles, passed away on Friday, March 31, 2017, surrounded by her family after successfully winning the fight against Lung Cancer. She was born September 7, 1942 in Glassport. She was preceded in death by her parents, Olga and Frank Wawrzeniak; step-father, Stanley Wawrzeniak; sister, Francis Marie and brother, Francis. A graduate of Montefiore Nursing School in 1963, Marsha was an operating room nurse for 42 years at McKeesport Hospital.

Louis was a USMC Veteran and was a star quarterback from 1958-60 at Hofstra University. He retired from the J.C. Penney Company. Daniel "Danny" Reese Williams, 70, of Greenock, died peacefully on Wednesday, March 15, 2017. Danny's final days were spent surrounded by his family and close friends and listening to his favorite oldies and Gospel songs. Some of his more enjoyable days were spent sitting around a pot belly stove with his close buddies talking about backhoes, engines and old times. Danny also enjoyed NASCAR, dirt track car races, and Steeler's football, although he continually changed the TV channels.
