Elizabeth R. Maglicco, age 82 of McKeesport, died Monday, February 18, 2019. She was born on January 27, 1937 in Scottdale, PA and is the daughter of the late Thomas A. and Anna Ritenour Morgan. She was the wife of the late William J. Maglicco. She was employed as a Nurse’s Aide at UPMC McKeesport until her retirement in 1995. She was a member of Teamsters Local #205, a member of Corpus Christi Church, loved watching old classic movies, baseball, football, and truly loved her dog, Sweeny.

James T. Pensenstadler, 76 of North Huntingdon, died Feb. 17, 2019. He was a man of many talents, had a brilliant scientific mind, and was an avid reader of quantum physics and the cosmos. He was preceded in death by his father William and mother Mary (Sotak) Pensenstadler. He is loved and survived by his children Theresa (Mike) Matthews, Kimberly. Pensenstadler and Michael (Joanne) Pensenstadler; grandchildren Emily, Michael, Christina, Anthony and Catherine; sisters Nancy (Steve) Knezevich, Carol Pensenstadler and Melanie (Mark) Norelli; brothers Dave (the late Helen) Pensenstadler and Rev. Robert Pensenstadler; along with several nieces and nephews. Jim was a retired Electronic Lab Technician for Westinghouse Research & Development. He was a hobby enthusiast of steam locomotives. Friends received Wojciechowski Funeral Home, Glassport Thurs. 2-4 and 6-8. A funeral mass will be held Fri. 9:30 am at Holy Name Church, 32 S. 1st St, Duquesne, Pa 15110, with Rev. Tom Lewandowski. Robert "Bob" L. Cross, of McKeesport, left this life after living his 87 years, Thursday, February 14, 2019 in McKeesport. He was born December 28, 1931 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Bruce Cross and Mary Watson Cross Kelly. Bob in his latter years met and fell in love with The Church of Jesus Christ in Monongahela, where he became a member and a deacon, which gave him peace of life. He was retired hydraulic repair operator of the former US Steel National Tube Works in McKeesport and was also US ARMY Korean War Veteran.

Joan Lucille Lesh Ward, 90, of Clairton, passed away Saturday, February 16, 2019 at Baldwin Health Care Center. She was born November 24, 1928, in Clairton, to the late George M. and Mary V. Mance Lesh. Joan was the loving wife of 50 years to the late J. Donald Ward, who passed away in 2002. She is survived by daughter, Mary Ann Warcola of Clairton; niece, Suzanne Evans of Clairton; great-niece, Vanessa Evans of Brentwood; other nieces and nephews. Along with her parents and spouse, Joan was preceded in death by her son, James G. Ward who passed away in 2011; sisters, Frances Nagy, Katherine Ach, and Mary Ann Marinich. Ellen was a private secretary for Naval Commander Takitch at Bettis Atomic Power Laboratory, where she received letters of commendation for work done with the Naval Nuclear Propulsion program. She was a former member of St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in McKeesport. She was also an excellent homemaker who loved her family and pets, designed her own home and took great pride in landscape gardening.

David Nolfi, 70, of Glassport died peacefully Feb. 15, 2019 with his family by his side. He is the son of the Mary (DeCarlo) Nolfi and the late Alma Nolfi. Dave was active in his church and community; mentored at McKeesport High School; traveled to India to minister and drove the blind whenever needed. A memorial service will be held February 23 at the Church of Jesus Christ, Clairton at 11:00 am. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Church of Jesus Christ in David's name.
