John F. Kwiecinski, age 75, of Baldwin, passed away on Tuesday, July 19, 2022 at Jefferson Hospital. He was an Army Reserve veteran and a retired business analyst for Indspec Chemical Corporation in Pittsburgh. He was a member of Bridge City Church in White Oak where he was a member of the Men's Connection group. He enjoyed traveling and trips to his camp in Pymatuning and being a snowbird in Florida. He loved spending time with his grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Born September 12, 1946 in Pittsburgh, he was a son of the late Harry and Rose (Shebeth) Kwiecinski. He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Jane (Byers) Kwiecinski; daughters, Connie (John) Lakovic of White Oak and Sally (John Domer) Lasica of Port Vue; son, George F. (Raena) Cullen Jr. of Elizabeth Twp.; grandchildren, Jay (Nicole) Cullen, Justin (Marisa) Cullen, Marissa (Josh) Lakovic, Nicole (Shawn) Lakovic, Alexis (Cary) Lamkin, Nicholas (Giannia) Lasica and Megan (Brenden) Forrester; great-grandchildren, Aubriannia Lasica and Ava Cullen; brother, Paul (Beryl) Kwiecinski of Masillon, OH; also, nieces and nephews. A former mayor of Elizabeth Borough, he was a retired maintenance supervisor for Eastman Chemical Company in West Elizabeth and a member of Stephen Bayard Masonic Lodge No. 526 in Elizabeth. Born October 10, 1946 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late John William and Beverly Wilma (Leach) Householder and husband of the late Joyce (Chapman) Householder. James L. Barlow, age 73, of Elizabeth, passed away on Wednesday, July 13, 2022 at Countryside Skilled Nursing. A Navy veteran serving during the Vietnam War, he was a retired electrical engineer for Capintec Inc. in Pittsburgh. He was a member of Elizabeth Baptist Church where he enjoyed volunteering. Born June 11, 1949 in Elizabeth, he was a son of the late William and Mary (Openshaw) Barlow. He is survived by his sister, Sarah Barlow Kennedy of Grove City; sister-in-law, Betsy Barlow of Addison; also, nieces and nephews and great-nieces and nephews. Sr. Lucille Toth, SDR, age 96, passed away on Friday, July 15, 2022 in the Divine Redeemer Motherhouse, Elizabeth Twp. Born November 23, 1925 in Cleveland, OH, she was a daughter of the late Emery and Margaret (Szinai) Toth. Sr. Lucille received her BS in Education from St. John College and also an associate's degree in business administration from Robert Morris University. She worked as a teacher, in the business office at the Divine Redeemer Memorial Hospital in St. Paul, MN, and as treasurer for the Villa St. Teresa in Darby. In her spare time, Sr. Lucille enjoyed reading, watching "Jeopardy" and "Little House on the Prarie," comic strips in the newspaper, and had a lovely singing voice.

John L. Ruhl, age 97 of West Mifflin and formerly of the Wilson section of Clairton, passed away on Tuesday, June 28, 2022 in Forbes Hospital, Monroeville. Born September 7, 1924 in Pittsburgh, he was a son of the late Edwin C. and Martha C. (Frietsch) Ruhl. A member of Triumph of the Holy Cross Parish, Holy Spirit Church in West Mifflin, John worked for 38 years at US Steel, Clairton Works in the batteries, the hearth department, in plant protection, and finally going to plant safety. He was also a member of a barber shop quartet in McKeesport, the Holy Spirit Parish choir, and a former member of the US Steelworkers Union and Plant Protection Local. Besides his parents, John was preceded in death by his wife of 70 years, the late Helen P. (Dolansky) Ruhl, who passed away February 14, 2020, and his siblings Gloria Allerton and Phillip and Paul Ruhl. He is survived by his children Mary Martha (Joseph) Yakubsin of Moon Twp., Patricia L.
