He was the owner of Ronald Zubasic Home Improvements in Elizabeth Twp. He enjoyed every aspect of the outdoors including camping, boating and sharing time with those he loved. His favorite entertainment was listening to the band The Real Deal. He was known to many as "the Bird Man" because of his pet parrots that accompanied him to many public events. Ron’s greatest assets were his kindness and generosity. He loved his dog and best friend, Buddy, who passed away with him.

He is survived by his wife of 10 1/2 years, Zimin Ren; son, Ethan Schumann of Pittsburgh; brothers, Glenn I. "Oz" (Elaine) Schumann of Elizabeth Twp. and Tim Schumann of Clairton; sister, Deborah (Michael) DePollo of Kingsport, TN; also, nieces, nephews and cousins. Visitation will be private.
