Paul Michael Neuschwander, age 59, of White Oak, died Oct. 2, 2021.  He is the son of Stella Pandel Neuschwander with whom he resided and the late Charles Alton Neuschwander. He graduated from McKeesport Area High School in 1980, attended West Virginia University and then graduated from Penn State University with an Associates Degree.

Edward G. Babyak, age 86, of White Oak, died Monday, Sept. 6, 2021. He was born in McKeesport on Aug. 16, 1935 and is the son of the late George and Caroline Vukelic Babyak. He is also preceded in death by his brother, Joseph Babyak.

Ed is survived by his wife, Charlotte Cox Babyak, sons, Jeffrey Babyak of Turtle Creek, PA and Retired Col. David (Merleann) Babyak of San Antonio, Texas. He is also survived by his grandchildren, Chelsea (Justin) Pons, Zoey Babyak, and Tyler Toumbacaris, and great grandchild, Gemma Pons.
