William Kenneth Law, II, 52, was born March 4, 1969 and raised in McKeesport, Pennsylvania. He briefly resided in Austin, Texas. William was known best as Big Shug -  Shuggy bear or as his God mother, God rest her soul Beverly Banks referred to him as “Bam Bam.”

William graduated from McKeesport Senior High School. He also earned a scholarship to Arizona State University.  While attending Arizona State, William found his green thumb. He had a passion for plants and always for football. He also loved his fish Joan Brown given to him by his aunt Joanie. Above all, William loved his family and friends, he had a big heart. He loved good food.

On Tuesday, October 5, 2021, William was called to his eternal home. He was preceded in death by his father pap William Kenneth Law I, sister Crystale DeLainia Law, and niece Precious DeLainia DeAnne Law.

Dorothy loved riding motorcycles with her late husband.  They each had their own and enjoyed rides together, taking in the scenery.

She was the owner of a cleaning business and a member of Mary Mother of God Parish, St. Angela Merici Church in White Oak. Connie is survived by her brothers, Wesley (late Marlene) Dubyak of White Oak and Bruce (late Gina) Dubyak of North Port, FL. There is no visitation. Interment will take place at St. John the Baptist Byzantine Catholic Cemetery in Avella, PA, on Thursday, October 14, 2021, at 12:00 Noon. Martha L. McGowan, 83, of North Huntingdon, passed away Sunday, October 10, 2021 at her home.  She was born, June 4, 1938 in White Oak, Pa., a daughter of the late James L. and Georgia R. (Miller) Hall.  Prior to her retirement, Martha was an executive secretary for Nuclear Science and later worked for Johnson the Florist.  She enjoyed reading, doing word puzzles, flea marketing and camping with her family and friends in Donegal.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sons, Paul W. Jr. and Shawn McGowan; and brother, James Hall. She is survived by her loving husband, Paul W. McGowan; daughters, ShayLee Gonzales and her husband, Felix, Heather Mayer; grandchildren, Shando, Brianda, Rionno, Jessica, Joshua, Justin, Jake, Johnna, Jordan; great-grandchildren, Jackson, Wyatt and Aria.  Friends will be received from 3-7 p.m. on Wednesday at the James W. He was employed by Tygart Industries and retired from McKeesport Housing Authority.  He was a member of the Boston Vets. In his spare time, he enjoyed boating, woodworking, and going out socializing and dancing with his dear companion of 25 years, Helen Gray.  He loved spending time with his family. His proudest accomplishment was his four children and all of his grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and their families.

Theresa is survived by her son Mathew David Lockhart of Irwin PA, daughter Anastasia Nadine Seman, and stepson Stephan (Kara) Seman of New Eagle, sister Mary Celeste Broker of Clairton, and brother John Paul Lockhart of Clairton, her boyfriend Brian Wilson of Uniontown, and her cat Lexi. Theresa worked as a certified nursing assistant for Barber. She enjoyed watching television shows and getting to chit chat with family and friends. Arrangements have been entrusted to S.M. Leo J. Niemczycki, age 93, of West Mifflin, passed away on Thursday, October 7, 2021. Son of the late Walenty and Josephine (Dragan) Niemczycki, he was born in Duquesne on August 10, 1928. Leo started his career as a Letter Carrier at the Duquesne Post Office and finished his 45 year career as the Superintendent of Mail at the Duquesne Post Office. He enjoyed boating, reading and traveling (he and his wife had gone to Egypt, England, Italy, Holland, France, Hawaii) and he volunteered for Meals on Wheels. He proudly served his country in the Army during the Korean War, was a member of the Quarter Master Corps while in the Army and was a member of St. Thomas the Apostle Parish, St. Hedwig Church. He was the beloved husband of Anna (Adamcik) Niemczycki for 41 years; brother of the late Wanda (late Stephen) Ciborowski, late Emily (late Robert) Catto; late niece Emily Mateya. Besides his wife, he is survived by nieces, Mary (late Dennis) Shuplock of Shaler Twp., and Stephanie (Bill) McGlumphy of Dover, DE; sister-in-law Patricia (Fred) Bowden of West Mifflin; and many great nieces and nephews and great-great nephews. Angelo J. Salvi, age 98, of Elizabeth Township, died October 7, 2021, at home. Born May 24, 1923, in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Michael and Mary (Verno) Salvi and the husband of his late, beloved wife, Jean (Gaudy) Salvi.
Angelo retired from U.S. Steel with 44 years of employment; he specialized in RTF electric power distribution for the company.  A U.S. Navy, WWII veteran, Angelo served in the European, and Asiatic-Pacific Theatres of Operations.  Angelo was a lifelong member of St. Patrick Church. Angelo enjoyed life.  He traveled, gamed and shopped, all in an easy and elegant style.  He made friends wherever he went.  For those of us fortunate enough to know him, the world was a little classier, a little cheerier, when he was near.
