Charles Norman “Chip” Knoche, Jr., age 63, of White Oak, passed away at home, Wednesday, March 16, 2022. He was born July 7, 1958, in Pittsburgh to the late Charles and Joan Zook Knoche. Chip is survived by his wife, Peggy Conrad, son Scott and daughter-in-law Kelly, and his adored granddaughters, Isabella and Brooklyn, all of Oakmont. He is also survived by his brother, Mike, and sister-in-law Bonnie, of Erie, PA, his sister-in-law, Denise Knoche, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was also preceded in death by his elder brother, Rodger.

Marge Killian Wanstreet, age 89, of Elizabeth Township, passed away on March 16, 2022, with her loving family by her side.  Born August 18, 1932, in Pittston, PA, she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Margaret (Donahue) Killian and wife of the late Paul Wanstreet and Michael Yurechko.  Marge was an educator and owned and operated two businesses, Learning Well, a teacher supply store and MYCO, a car and truck rental on Route 51 in Elizabeth.  She was the first female President of both the Rotary Club of Elizabeth and the Boston McKeesport Lions Club.  Marge volunteered at the McKeesport Heritage Center and worked the phones for PBS fundraisers.  She was a member and usher of the former St. Martin de Porres Church. You could always find Marge on the go, whether it was starting a singles group for women, traveling to four different continents, or never missing a social event.  Even as she grew older, her tenacity never wavered.  In her 70s, Marge decided she would be a librarian and worked at the Carnegie Library in McKeesport.

William “Bill” Mays Jr. was a caring husband, father, pap, GP and friend. He peacefully passed away, March 16, 2022 at age 91. He was born to William and Thelma Mays of Coulter, PA on April 6, 1930. Bill went to McKeesport High School where he met his loving wife of 70 years, Elaine (Ohs) Mays. He retired from the B&O Railroad and upon his retirement, he and his wife traveled the world and enjoyed spending time with his grandkids. In his free time, Bill served the Methodist Church in downtown Irwin, loved his roses and planting in his garden, and was an avid poker player.

He is survived by his beloved wife Francine (Rock) Heil; children Raymond (Meghan) Heil Jr., Amber (Jason) Husar, and Rob (Erica) Heil; grandchildren Jasey (Damian), Justin, Marissa, Brenna, and Kassidy; and foster brother Ed (Betty) Clarke. Raymond worked for Westinghouse and traveled the country doing work as a generator repairman. He was also extremely loved as a little league baseball coach in Glassport for many years.

Robert C. Crenshaw, Sr., age 68, of Morgantown, WV, died March 7, 2022, at home.  Born August 14, 1953, in Youngstown, he was the son of the late Thomas Butler and Maggie Dell Lee (Adams) Crenshaw.

Robert loved music, science fiction, and working the most.  He was also a chef who enjoyed seeing people savor the meals he prepared.

Born February 28, 1935 in Greensburg, she was a daughter of the late John and Elizabeth (Hyjurick) Moxin and wife of the late John F. "Jack" Lazar. She is survived by daughter, Kathleen Sorton of Elizabeth Twp.; son, Daniel Lazar of Elizabeth; grandchildren, Larry Sorton of Scott Twp., Sarah Smith of Elizabeth and Emily Sorton of Elizabeth Twp.; five great-grandchildren; also, nieces and nephews. David was a truck driver and owner of D.R.W. Trans L.L.C. He loved driving and being on the road because he wasn't making money if he was at home. David was a H.O.G. member and was always going for rides on his Harley in his free time. A few years ago, he went on a cross-country ride to California with friends. David was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish, St. Robert Bellarmine Church, and a 1981 graduate of East Allegheny High School.

Jane M. Ockay, age 75, of McKeesport, died March 10, 2022, at Concordia of Monroeville. Born December 14, 1946, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Anna (Opatrny) Ockay.
Jane retired from the former First Commonwealth Bank, where she was a bank teller. Before that, she worked at G.C. Murphy Co., main office as an administrative assistant and then the Murphy's Warehouse until they closed. Jane was a member of the Beulah Park Methodist Church of McKeesport. She had a love for animals, and is survived by her dog, "Nugget."
Jane is survived by her brother, John Jack Ockay, Jr., of Parkville, MD; and many cousins.
Private family arrangements were entrusted to Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial was in McKeesport & Versailles Cemetery.
