Paul Keenan, age 84, of White Oak died on Saturday January 21, 2017. He was born in McKeesport on October 11, 1932 and is the son of the late James and Gladys Jordan Keenan. He retired from USS National Tube as an engineer and served in the Navy during the Korean War. He was a member at St. Angela Merici Church, the Croatian Club in Versailles, 6th ward EBA Club in McKeesport, and the White Oak America Legion Post 701. He was the former senior vice commander of the East McKeesport VFW post 8430, and past governor of the former Moose Club in McKeesport.
He is survived by his wife; Dolores DiPerna Keenan, step-sons; Paul (Linda) Skalski of West Mifflin, Peter (Cynthia) Skalski of Essex, MD, and many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Friends and family will be received at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, Supervisor, 412-678-6177), on Tuesday January 24th from 4 pm until 8 pm. Agnes A. Kopolovich age 84, of West Mifflin, on January 19, 2017. She was a daughter of the late Joseph and Marie (Dudash) Rago. She was a retired Registered Nurse with 40 years service at McKeesport Hospital. She was a 1953 graduate of Allegheny General Hospital School of Nursing. She was a member of Christ the Light of the World Parish and their former Women's Guild. She loved traveling and card playing. She was an avid reader and a passionate football fan and booster for Duquesne, West Mifflin and McKeesport High School. She was active in the former West Mifflin Annex Senior Citizens. When asked, "how are you?" she would say, "overworked and underpaid!" Beloved wife of the late Michael C. She is survived by her loving husband of 40+ years, Anthony (Bo) Moranelli. “Bozie” adored and took amazing care of his beloved “Bon Bon”. Bonnie was best known for the love she had for her family, her amazing lady locks, and the joy she received by feeding her family and friends. Robert E. Locke, 90, of Jeannette, passed away Friday, January 20, 2017 at Excela Health Westmoreland. He was born January 24, 1926 in Wilmerding, Pa., a son of the late Elmer and Mary Edith Attig Locke. Prior to his retirement, Robert worked for Westinghouse Electric Corporation with 40 years of service and was a veteran of WWII having served in the US Navy where he served as a member of the band. He was a member of St. Agnes Parish, North Huntingdon where he was active in the music ministry, Men's Club, Extraordinary minister of the Eucharist, Pro-Life Committee, past president of the Emerald Club and Knights of Columbus Council 1222 Jeannette. He was born in Perry, NY on April 10, 1924 to the late Mildred Schooley Lewis. James was the loving husband for 15 years to the late Lois Beatrice Whitfield Lewis.
