James “Slim” L. Koskoski, 61, of Clairton, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, Belle Vernon and Donora, passed away at home of Sunday, February 19, 2017.  He was born September 29, 1955 in Donora to the late Thomas and Barbara Sutyak Koskoski.  James is survived by his loving companion, Rose Bocianoski; brothers, Edward (Robin) Koskoski of Edinboro, Henry (Cindy) Koskoski of Washington, David (Beth) Koskoksi of Wake Forest, NC, Daniel Koskoski of California, PA, Thomas “P.J.” Koskoski of Monongahela, Rodger (Tina) Koskoski of California, PA, Christopher Koskoski of Mt. Pleasant; sister, Mary Carol (Dave) Jones of Johnstown.  Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by brother, Frank Koskoski.  James enjoyed golfing, playing cards and was described by those who loved him as a kind, caring and gentle man.  Arrangements were entrusted to S. Edward Lewis Kasyan

Edward “Rebel” Lewis Kasyan, 79, of West Mifflin, formerly of Sebring, FL, passed away at Jefferson Medical Center on Monday, February 27, 2017. He was born July 19, 1937 to the late Pete and Helen Banko Kasyan. Edward was the loving life partner of 40 years to Betty Mae Bishop. He is survived by two sons, Joseph Kasyan of Bethel Park and Timothy Kasyan of West Mifflin, step daughters Deborah Bishop of Dravosburg, Pamela (George) Stoupis of Elizabeth, and Lynda (Tim) Nesiti of Dravosburg, grandchildren Danielle, Donald, Nikki, and George. Edward was preceded in death by two brothers, Pete and Michael Kasyan, and a sister, Margaret Jeffcoat. Edward formerly served as a member of the United States Air Force, as well as for 9 years as a police officer of the Dravosburg Police Department. He was also employed by Hamburg Bros. Electronics. Arrangements have been entrusted to I.M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 203 4th St, Dravosburg, PA 15034. As a veteran, Edward will be interred at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies at a later date. Mandy Renae Gereshenski, 37, of Monongahela, passed away at home on Monday February 20, 2017.  She was born May 10, 1979 in Monongahela to the late William Lechner.  Mandy is survived by her husband of 21 years, Raymond E. Gereshenski; stepmother, Lori Lechner; daughters, Laurisa & Kayla Gereshenski of Finleyville; sons, Jacob, Tyler, & Dominic Gereshenski of Finleyville; granddaughter, Gracie Labrosse; stepsister, Jessica Arnold of Clairton; stepbrother, Bill Lechner of New Eagle. Mandy was employed in the bank/collection agency industry and was an avid reader. Richard “Ricky” L. Clark Sr., 69, of Elizabeth, formerly of McKeesport, passed away at home on Sunday February 19, 2017.  He was born August 21, 1947 in Belle Air, Ohio to the late John R. and Pearl Pugh Clark.  Richard is survived by his loving wife of 50 years, Bonita Burke Clark; son, Richard L. (Amy Kilburn) Clark, Jr. of Elizabeth; daughters, Lynn Ann Clark of McKeesport, Wendy (Casey) VanSchooten of Elizabeth; grandchildren, Patricia, Christina, David, Kelsey & Karlee; great-grandchildren, Aiden & Addilyn; sisters, Bernita Clark of Belle Vernon and Shelva Clark of Elizabeth; aunt Peggy Wall of Forward Township.  Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Dave, Tom, and John Clark. Richard enjoyed cars, working with wood, playing cards and model cars.  In lieu of flowers the family suggests that contributions be made directly to the funeral home to defray costs. He was born March 4, 1960, in McKeesport, to Ocie Jack Yarborough of Port Vue, and the late Janet Glasser Yarborough. Along with his father, he is survived by step-mother Sherry Yarborough of Port Vue; best friend, Ryan T. Gillespie of Glassport; brothers, Jeff Yarborough of Midland TX, Justin & A. J. Yarborough, both of Port Vue; and aunt, Annie Ruth Yarborough of SC. Along with his mother, Roy was preceded in death by sister, June Yarborough Ripple and uncle, Willard Yarborough. Amy Williams Goldsworthy, 93, of Clairton, formerly of Britain, passed away at Southwestern Nursing Care Center on Wednesday, February 8, 2017. She was born December 8, 1923 to the late Leonard and Gertrude Holden Williams. Amy was the loving wife of 21 years to the late Clyde Goldsworthy Sr. She is survived by a son, Clyde (Linda) Goldsworthy Jr of Clairton, a daughter Susan Bacan of Orville, OH, two brothers, Ken Williams of England and Dennis Williams of Austrailia, a sister, Margaret of England. Amy is also survived by a granddaughter, Cathy Bacan of Orville, OH, and 3 great-grandchildren, Taylor Boylen, Samantha Pogras, and Madison Pogras. She was preceded in death by  sisters, Mary and Elsie Williams, brothers, Harry and Bill Williams, all of England, son-in-law William Bacan of Orville OH. Amy served as a motor pool parts manufacturer in the British Women’s Army during WWII. She was a member of the Church of the Transfiguration in Clairton, enjoyed crocheting, knitting, painting, and needlepoint. Arrangements have been entrusted to S.M. She was born July 27, 1951 to the late James Howard and Sarah “Betty” Russel Everett. Lena was the wife of the late Paul Martin Sr., who passed away in 2010. Lena is survived by her close and loving friend Betty Provance. She is also survived by son, Regis (Kristy D.) Martin of Avon IN; granddaughters, Paige & Sophia Martin both of Avon, IN; brothers, James (Peggy) Everett of New London, CT, Markle (Irene) Everett of Palmyra, NJ, Thomas (Michelle) Everett of Turtle Creek; sisters, Ruth Ann (Harry) Brownfield of Finleyville and Janet Cogar of Matthews, NC. Along with her parents and husband, Lena was preceded in death by son, Paul F. Martin Jr. who passed in 1980; brothers, Jack, Rick & Paul Everett and sister, Betty Weight. She enjoyed taking on the task of solving puzzles, spending time with her loving family, opening her door to family and/or friends in their times of need. Joseph William Classic III, 58, of Rostraver, formerly of Dravosburg, passed away at UPMC Presbyterian in Pittsburgh on Monday, January 23, 2017.  He was born April 12, 1958 in McKeesport to the late Joseph William Jr. and Harriet Michalski Classic. Joseph is survived by domestic partner, Marsha Gulya of Rostraver; former wife, Karen Ruybal of McKeesport; son, Zachary Joseph Classic of Bridgeville; daughter, Alexandra Elisabeth Classic of Verona; grandchildren, Brayden Thomas & Brynn Bettina Walker both of Verona; brother, Chris (Stephanie) Classic of Dravosburg; sister, Diane (Tom) Churchill of Donora, pet dog, Orbit; many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.  Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by son Nicholas William Classic who passed away 2015.  Joseph was a veteran of the US Marines, a member of Holy Trinity Roman Catholic Church in Duquesne, Dravosburg American Legion Post 380, Clairton Sportsmen’s Club, was self-employed as “Classic Custom Painting”, loved animals, was an avid toy collector, enjoyed hunting, fishing and the outdoors in general.  Family and friends will be received from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 on Thursday, January 26, 2017 at I. Bonnie Tarli Moranelli, 66, of Glassport passed away at home January 19, 2017 surrounded by her loving family. She was born April 8, 1950 in McKeesport to the late Anthony and Dolly Brown Tarli. She is survived by her loving husband of 40+ years, Anthony (Bo) Moranelli. “Bozie” adored and took amazing care of his beloved “Bon Bon”. Along with her husband, Bonnie is survived by daughter, Heather (John) McDonald of Centerville; son Anthony “Tony” (Julie) Moranelli of Jefferson Hills; daughter Amy (Joe Nagy) Johnson of Glassport. She thought the sun rose and set around her grandchildren, Sara & Jason McClellan, Raya McDonald, Luke & Morgan Johnson, Livia & “baby-to be Anthony”. Bonnie is also survived by sisters, Susan (Jim) Fetter of VA, Linda Tarli of NY, & Mary Lou Skundrich of CA; brother Tony (Vicki) Tarli of Liberty Boro; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Bonnie was a kind, caring and giving person putting others first at all times. She was a past president of the Ladies’ Auxiliary at CHC #1, a past president of the South Allegheny Football Boosters, worked in the bakery at Giant Eagle Southland, was a cashier at Glassport Thrift Shop and a member of the Vermont Avenue Card Club. Bonnie was best known for the love she had for her family, her amazing lady locks, and the joy she received by feeding her family and friends. James “Jim” Jesse Lewis, 92, of Glassport, formerly of Baldwin, passed away at home on Thursday, January 19, 2017 surrounded by his family.  He was born in Perry, NY on April 10, 1924 to the late Mildred Schooley Lewis.  James was the loving husband for 15 years to the late Lois Beatrice Whitfield Lewis.  He is survived by daughter, Lisa (Anthony) M. Ficarri of Hampton; son, William Lewis of Brentwood; daughters Cynthia (Jeffrey) Yochum & Marjorie (Daniel) Rogiero both of Brentwood; grandchildren, Michael Mahoney of Hampton, Tony (Toni) Rogiero of Baldwin, Justin Rogiero, John Yochum, Brian Yochum & Amber Lewis all of Brentwood; great-grandchildren, Nikki, Katie, & Russell Lewis; very special niece Linda Lewis and nephew Brian Lewis. Along with his mother and wife, James was preceded in death by brothers, Timothy Lewis & George Lewis. James served in the U.S. Army Air Force during WWII as a member of the 22nd Troop Carrier Squadron in the Philippines. He was a salesman for Cole National Corp for over 50 years, receiving a “Salesman of The Year” award, an avid Steeler and Pirate fan, a member of North Zion Lutheran Church in Pittsburgh, a lifetime member of American Legion Post 712 in Pleasant Hills and VFW Post 803 in Wilson, and to some was considered a “pool shark”. James "Fizzer" Noris O'Bryon

He was born August 22, 1930, in McKeesport, to the late Clifford and Margaret Lloyd O’Bryon. James is survived by his loving wife of 59 years, Elizabeth “Betty” Harrison O’Bryon; daughter, Marsha (Douglas) Murphy of Chantilly, VA; grandsons, Matthew & Kyle Murphy also of Chantilly, VA and loyal dog “Bear”.  Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by sisters, Eileen Baron, Patricia Minnicks; brother, Lloyd O’Bryon.  Jim served in the US Army during WWII, was employed by US Steel Irvin Works in plant protection, was a member of Pine Run United Methodist Church, enjoyed trap shooting, hunting, golfing, was the former owner of Mon Valley Shooting Supplies, former president of the Lions Club of Jefferson Hills, the Syria Shrine Gun Club and Clairton Sportsman Club, a member of the Free and Accepted Masons Lodge # 765 of East McKeesport, the Junior Order of United American Mechanics, the Masonic Scottish Rite of Pittsburgh and American Legion Post 712 in Pleasant Hills.  Visitation will take place on Sunday January 15, 2017  from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 pm at S. M. She was born ­­­June 27, 1925 to the late Frank and Enrica Marini DeFabbo. Constance was the loving wife of the late Joseph Assenti. She is survived by daughters Denise Assenti of Clairton, Natalie (Thomas) Hathazy of Pittsburgh; sister Rose (Sonny) Rager of Loveland, CO; brother Samuel DeFabbo of Denver, CO; grandson Eric (Sandra) Hathazy of Jefferson Hills; granddaughter Nicole (Jon) Bilski of Jefferson Hills; great grandchildren Casey, Colby, Adison; and lifelong friend Dinean Follador Benack of Pleasant Hills. In addition to her parents and husband, Constance was preceded in death by sister Madeline Hodinko and brothers Anthony, Innocente, Dominic, Frank, and Henry DeFabbo. She was a member of the I.S.D.A., was employed by the City of Clairton School District, a member of St. Clare of Assisi parish, enjoyed cooking, cleaning, and spending time with her grandchildren.
