Mary I. Herr, age 93, lived at Riverside Nursing Center, formerly from White Oak, beloved mother and grandmother, died Monday, August 15, 2016. She was born in Lincoln Place on May 4, 1923 and is the daughter of the late Carlos and Laura (Perkins) Shannon. She was employed at Teledyne Firth Sterling for 23 years until she retired; She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in McKeesport. Mary was a bridge player, accomplished baker and loved crocheting.

Frank H. Topper, age 62, of Avonmore, died Thursday, August 4, 2016. He was born in Pittsburgh on August 6, 1953 and is the son of Helen Elizabeth (Limegrover) Gullion and the late Frank D. Topper. Rhonda Lee Luketic, age 49 of McKeesport, died peacefully at her residence on Friday, July 29, 2016. She was born in McKeesport on Nov.7, 1966, and is the daughter of the late Stephen and Sharon (Cunningham) Luketic.
