Pasinski, 86, of Avalon, formerly of Glassport, died April 15, 2020.  She is the beloved wife of the late Robert Pasinski.  She is survived by her daughter Lynn (Mark) Lehner; grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by son Christopher Pasinski. Anna was a member of St. Nicholas Byzantine Church. Thomas A. Prusko, 76, of North Huntingdon, formerly of Glassport, died peacefully at home surrounded by his family on Monday, April 13, 2020. He is the son of the late Joseph and Anne (Michaelson) Prusko. He is survived by his children Pete (Lisa) Prusko and Andrea Prusko, and sister Joanne Prusko. Thomas was a proud Army veteran who served with the 1st Infantry Division during the Vietnam War.  Thomas was awarded the Bronze Star.  He was a graduate of Duquesne University and retired from the Corporate Accounting department at Duquesne Light.  Tom was a long-time member of  St. Agnes Church in North Huntingdon.

Michael J. Mochtyak, 82, of Glassport died Tuesday April 7, 2020. He is the son of the late Michael and Anna Mochtyak. He is survived by his beloved wife Noma (West) Mochtyak; daughters Denise (Terry) Skelley and Darlene (James) Behanna; grandchildren Tara Czeka, Brett Skelley, Evan, Skelley, Kristy Behanna and RJ Behanna; 5 great grandchildren; and brother James Kaminski.  He was preceded in death by son Michael J. Albert  “Harvey” A. Rusnock, 81, born April 7, 1938, of Glassport died April 3, 2020.  He is the son of  the late John and Sophia Rusnock.  He  is survived by his beloved wife Julia (Solomon) Rusnock, married for 61 years; children Trudy Rusnock, Juliann Puckett and Belinda (Wayne) Lewis; grandchildren Wayne (Robyn) Lewis, III, Katie (Mike) Volpe, Anthony Lewis, Holly Puckett and Ashley Puckett; great grandchildren Aubree, Chloe and  Taylor; brother Frank Rusnock and many nieces and nephews.  He was preceded in death by brothers Andy, Joey, Steve, Paul, John and George and sisters Margaret and Anne.  Al worked for Pitton, Bucyrus Erie and later retired from Guardian Glass.  He was an avid fisherman and hunter and belonged to the Clairton Sportsman Club, New Baltimore Gun Club and Schellsburg VFW.  Due to the strict guidelines we must adhere to at this crucial time, visitation will be private.  Funeral arrangements by Wojciechowski Funeral Home, Glassport.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Pennsylvania State Game and Fish Commission.

Dorothy T. (Terek) Valencik, age 94, of Glassport, died February 28, 2020. She is the daughter of the late Michael and Mary (Yevchak) Terek. She is the beloved wife of the late Edward A. Valencik, “Mr V.”; children, Elaine (Samuel) DeMarco, Ron (Claudia) Valencik, Janine (Angelo Norelli) Valencik and Linda (Bob) Dzialowski; grandchildren, Emily (Dave) Kelly, Elise DeMarco, Julia (David) Callahan, Luke Urbanski, Zachery (Victoria Davis) Urbanski, Lauren Dzialowski, Megan Dzialowski, Erin Dzialowski and John Dzialowski; great-grandchildren, Hawthorne Kelly, Asher Kelly, Ailee Callahan, Dorothy Callahan, and Selah Callahan. The sixth of eight children, Dorothy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Edward, and all siblings: Sister Mary Josephine VSC, John (Nancy) Terek, Helen (William) Ogurchak, Pauline (Michael) Hrehocik, Michael Terek, Mildred “Millie” (Joseph) Mongelluzzo and Frank Terek. Dorothy was a member of Queen of the Rosary Parish, a member of the Confraternity of Christian Mothers, and bowled with the Glassport Women's Bowling League. Dorothy was an incredible baker and everyone loved her delicious Nut Rolls. Most of all, Dorothy dedicated her life to taking care of her family and she will be missed by everyone. Friends received at WOJCIECHOWSKI FUNERAL HOME, Glassport, Sunday, 2 to 6. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10 a.m. Monday in Queen of the Rosary Church. Entombment following at New St. Joseph Cemetery joining her beloved husband Edward.

Caroline M. Moranelli, 87, of Glassport died Feb. 19, 2020.  She is the daughter of the late Antonio and Mary (Tavalaro) Moranelli and is survived by her nieces Barbara Moranelli, with whom she resided, and Lisa Moranelli; also nieces and nephews.  She was preceded in death by sisters Catherine Concel and Minnie Ponzo; brothers Frank Moranelli, Nick "Mutt" Moranelli and Ralph "Rossi" Moranelli and nephew James Ponzo, her longtime caretaker.  Caroline worked at Immels, GC Murphy Company, Pater's Pharmacy and retired from Rite Aid in Glassport; was a graduate from St. Peters High School and was a member of Queen of the Rosary Parish.  Friends received Wojciechowski Funeral Home, Glassport  on Sat. from 10:00 am to 11:00 am, at which time a funeral mass will be held at Queen of the Rosary with Father Wojcicki.  Inurnment following New St. Joseph Cemetery.  The family would like to thank the wonderful staff at Golden Heights Person Care, Walden's View Personal Care and especially Heritage Hospice for taking such good care of their aunt.

Beverly J. (Smith) Parker, 71, of Glassport died Feb. 10, 2020.  She is the daughter of Robert Brown and the late Doris E. Smith.  She is survived by her beloved husband Herb Parker; daughters Heather (Dave) Langsdorf, Carrie (George) Price, Carly (Jeffrey) Westfall and Penney (Janice) Krocsko; grandchildren David, Breanna, Natalee, Paige, George, Jonah, Gabrielle, Chloe, Gavin, and Sophie; sisters Penney (Bill)  Estep and Nancy Lauderbaugh; brothers Jeff Lauderbaugh, Roy (Brenda) Lauderbaugh and Robert (Darla) Brown, Jr.; and her furry babies Katrina, Buddy and Quasar. She was preceded in death by her brother Russell Lauderbaugh.  Beverly was retired from UPMC and the Dept. of Public Welfare; was a member of the Glassport Assembly of God Church and was an avid bingo player.  Friends received Wojciechowski Funeral Home, Glassport, Wed. from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8.  A funeral service will be held Thurs. 11:00 am in the funeral home.  Interment following Round Hill Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wojciechowski Funeral Home to help the family with the funeral.
