As a child, Wilma was the first of the family's generations to learn german/english and enjoyed playing on the family farm. She also enjoyed swimming at the waterfall by the train tunnel, where she and her siblings would take turns jumping on and off the trains going up the mountain! She was an amazing mother and grandmother who loved her family very much. Wilma was nothing short of a blessing. She was that and more- no matter where she was or who she was with, she always made others smile and laugh. You could call her at any time of the day, and she would have an ear to listen or a shoulder to cry on. Her hugs could make the world stop turning. She was kind, quiet, and never raised her voice. She enjoyed watching The Brady Bunch, Alice, and The Nanny. She enjoyed music, and specifically enjoyed the music of Foreigner. She also enjoyed reading her Bible. Her greatest accomplishment was being a mother as well as her faith. She was known for her sweet disposition and wonderful sense of humor. She will be missed beyond measure- may she fly with the butterflies! Arrangements have been entrusted to S.M. Finney Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the funeral home to defray costs. Online condolences may be offered at www.finneyfuneralhome.com
