Gary Edwin Blake, 72, of Clairton, passed away Monday, February 11, 2019 at AHN Jefferson Hospital.  He was born October 18, 1946 in McKeesport to the late William and Pearle Wyant Blake.  Gary is survived by his loving wife of 51 years, Lucille Michaels Blake; daughter, Melody (Christopher) Volpe of Clairton; brother James Blake of Finleyville; nieces (especially Cindy Lukens) and nephews.  Along with his parents, Gary was preceded in death by brother, William Blake.  He was a 1964 graduate of McKeesport High School, an EMT,  was instrumental in organizing the original Clairton Ambulance Service, he worked for US Steel National Tube Works and Edgar Thompson Works, he enjoyed fishing, gardening, Nascar, and sports.  Visitation will take place Friday, February 15, 2019 from 2 – 4 and 6 – 8 pm at S. M. FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 432 N. 6th Street, Clairton,  PA   15025.  A memorial service will take place at the funeral home Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 11:00 followed by interment at Round Hill Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family suggest memorial contributions be made to the funeral home to help defray costs.  Online condolences may be offered at www.finneyfuneralhome.com

Thelma M. (Caldwell) Antis, 87, of Irwin, died Sunday February 10, 2019. She was born February 8 1932 in North Huntingdon, a daughter of the late Percy and Gertrude M. (Faith) Caldwell and was also preceded in death by her husband David W Antis; a son David T. Antis; a great grandson Micah A. Antis; siblings Charles E. Caldwell and Laura M. Rodgers; and a granddaughter in law Tanya Antis. Thelma was a lifelong member of Brush Creek Evangelical Lutheran Church where she served as past vice president of church council and a Sunday school teacher. She was a 50-year member and Past worthy Matron of the Order of Eastern Star, Irwin chapter 400, and served as Past Mother Advisor for International Order of Rainbow Girls, Irwin Assembly 42, for 22 years.

Matthew Ryan McWilliams, age 36 of McKeesport, died Monday, February 11, 2019.  He was born on September 27, 1982 in McKeesport, the son of Russell L. and Patricia Lewicki McWilliams. 

In addition to his parents, he is survived by brothers, Russell P. McWilliams of McKeesport, James M. (Tara) McWilliams of Mt. Lebanon, Brian J. McWilliams of McKeesport; nephews, Michael, Brandon, Ryan and Aidan McWilliams; niece, Natalie McWilliams; godparents, Ron (Irma) Lowicki and Marsha (Wayne) Banks; and many, many loving aunts and uncles.

He was a huge fan of the Pittsburgh Pirates and Steelers. He also enjoyed the casino and WWE Wresting. He was so excited on the return of John Cena.  Uncle Ron and Aunt Irma took him to many of his favorite events.

Tom was a retired Heavy Equipment Operator. He was a US Army Veteran of the Vietnam War. For his service he received the Purple Heart, National Defense Service Medal, Combat Infantryman's Badge, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Sharpshooter and Class Gunner. He retired from the Army Reserve after 23 years of service to our country.

Nena was a former member of the former Holy Name Church Duquesne and worked in McKeesport Hospital as a patient escort. She was the wife of the late Stephen Kochmar; mother of Carolyn (John) Wissner of the North Hills, Gerald "Joe" (Dimmie) Kochmar of Mars, Mary (Yogie) Yocum of Holidaysburg, and the late Stephen Kochmar; also nine grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren and was preceded in death by a great-grandson, Bryce Yocum; also predeceased by two brothers and one sister. Visitation on Thursday, February 14, 2019 from 1-8 p.m., at the Little Sisters of the Poor, 1028 Benton Ave., Pgh., 15212. where a Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday at 11 a.m., in the chapel.
