Lynda J. (Rosgone) Bacco, 76, of North Versailles, passed away Sunday February 3, 2019. She was born July 31, 1942 in Homestead, a daughter of the late Stephen and Margaret (Papp) Rosgone. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Arturo V. Bacco and a brother Gregg Rosgone. She was a member of St. Robert Bellarmine Church, East McKeesport, and a member of Mon Yough area council of PTAs for 42 years serving two terms as president. She loved children and had a passion for helping them grow. She attended Robert Morris University, was a fashion model in New York City and Pittsburgh, and also owned and operated her own jewelry business for over 30 years. She was a true animal lover having rescued many during her lifetime.

John Peter Frydrych, 95, passed away February 4, 2019 at Golden Heights Personal Care in Penn Township. He was born in Wilmerding on May 5, 1923 to the late Walter and Nellie (Kasprzyk) Frydrych.
 
John grew up in Wilmerding where he lived for 92 years. He graduated from Westinghouse Memorial High School in 1941 and proudly served with the U.S. Army during World War II from September 1942 through December 1945. After arriving back home in 1945 John went back to work for the Westinghouse Airbrake Company in Wilmerding. He retired after 44 years of service as a machinist.
 
John married his late wife Sophie (Czekaj) Frydrych in 1968 and was happily married for 46 years. John was a member of St. Jude the Apostle Parish and the former St. Leocadia Church. He served his church and family selflessly.

Jacqueline Odenthal, age 75, of McKeesport, died Wednesday, Feb. 6, 2019.  She was born in McKeesport on Dec. 28, 1943 and was the daughter of the late Howard and Anne Rascher Odenthal.  She was a computer programmer and system analyst for various companies over the years starting at G.C. Murphy store in McKeesport, then Mesta Machine in Homestead, Mellon Stuart Company in Pittsburgh and the former Three Rivers Bank.  She was a huge dog lover, enjoyed playing cards, puzzles, crocheting and watching Pittsburgh sports teams, especially the Penquins.  She is survived by her brothers, Howard “Buck” (Karen) Odenthal of West Mifflin and Mark (Lori) Odenthal of Shippenvlle; niece, Jennifer (Mark) Varga and their children, Zach and Lexi (Ian Kessler); nephews, Jeffrey Odenthal and his son Alex; Eric (Sonya Suntsova) Odenthal and Steven (Ilia Lopez) Odenthal; and her loving dog, Chika.

Family and friends will be received on Friday, Feb. 8, 2019 from 10 am until 11 am at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, Inc., 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (Sue Striffler Galaski, Supervisor, 412-678-6177).  Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:30 am at Corpus Christi Church, 2515 Versailles Ave., McKeesport, PA  15132.  Burial will be in St. Mary’s German Cemetery in McKeesport. He was formerly employed by Point Springs.  He attended Immaculate Conception Church, Irwin and The American Legion. Henry enjoyed hunting, fishing and was a US Army Veteran. He was preceded in death by his wife Joanne Crock O'Bryan and brother Leo T. O'Bryan. He is survived by three daughters, Charlene Perillo (Mark) of Greensburg, Deborah Carly (Larry) of Orange, Texas, Michelle Radanovich (Michael) of Rochester, N.Y, seven grandchildren, Brandon, Patrick, Ashley, Svetlana,  Abagail, Nikolai and Dennis and sister Margaret Flasik. Friends will be received at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, Pa on  Friday . from 2-4 & 6-8 p.m.  A blessing  funeral service will be held on Saturday at 9:30 a.m in the funeral home chapel followed by interment in Brush Creek Cemetery.
