 Carl P. Masch, Jr., 74 of Glassport, died Jan. 2, 2019.  He is the son of the late Carl and Susan (Molnar) Masch, Sr.  He is survived by his sister Carol (Ed) Firanski of West Mifflin; also many cousins and dear friends.  Carl was a former school teacher at Homeville Junior High School; a member of Queen of the Rosary Parish and was a graduate of St. Vincent College. Friends received Wojciechowski Funeral Home, Glassport, Fri. 2-4 and 6-8.  A funeral mass will be held Sat. 11:00 am at Queen of the Rosary Parish.  Entombment following New St. Joseph Cemetery.

Myrna Lou Reynolds (nee Smith) passed away naturally in the early hours of December 30 at her home in Glassport at the age of 86. Through a life defined by family, friends and conversation, Myrna welcomed all to her table to share stories, gossip and laughter over several pots of weak coffee. Myrna was born October 23, 1932 in Bunola, along the Monongahela River. A steadfast and formidable partner to Louis Reynolds (passed away April 29,  2000), Myrna joined him in Glassport after their marriage in 1954.

William Levi Truax, age 82, of Clairton, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at home. He was a retired school principal for the Allegheny Intermediate Unit. A U.S. Army veteran, he was a member of the Daniel Keffer American Legion Post 75 in Clairton. He enjoyed hunting and softball. Born April 21, 1936 in Clairton, he was a son of the late Lee and Mabel (Garland) Truax. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Linda Ann (DePasquali) Truax; and a niece and several nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by sister, Geraldine Gedrock, and brothers, Malcolm and David Truax. No visitation or services are planned. Arrangements by the Paul E. Blair John Walker, 64, of Shrewsbury, MA, formerly of Monroeville, passed away on December 30, 2018 at his Lake Street residence in Massachusetts with his family at his side.  Born September 17, 1954 in Wilkinsburg, Pa.  He was the only son of the late Charles W. (Doctor Walker's Garage) Walker and Minnie A. (Neiman) Walker.  He was preceded in death by his eldest sister, Karen Lee Garrow Siebert and a niece, Bethany Lynn Garrow.  He was a 1974 graduate of Sunrise School in Monroeville.  He was an acolyte at Christ Lutheran Church in Wilmerding for many years.  Blair was loved by all who met him.  A medal winner in the Special Olympics in 2005 in MA., he also liked to do black velvet pictures, paint bird houses, work on clay pottery at Clay Time in Shrewsbury, MA, and sang in the Seven Hills Choir at his Day Care Center.  He also liked to listen to his Elvis Presley CD's and sing to all who would listen.

He is survived by his sisters, Eileen Larouere (Tim), and Beverly Wilson (Andrew).  He is also survived by nieces and nephews, Andrew Wilson III, Kelly Nycum (Bruce), Dr. Brian Larouere (Dr. Beth), and Erin Jean Moore (Jonathan).  Also one great niece, Julia Larouere; and four great nephews, Thomas Larouere, Connor, Isaac and Pruitt Moore.  Friends will be received at the James W. Shirley Funeral Home, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA on Monday from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m.  A funeral service will take place on Tuesday at 11 a.m. in Brush Creek Evangelical Lutheran Church, Irwin, PA.  PLEASE GO DIRECTLY TO THE CHURCH.  Interment in Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.  In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials in Blair's name to the Pediatric Down Syndrome Clinic, UMMF Office of Advancement, 333 South St., Shrewsbury, MA  01545.

Mosa, Sr., age 87 of McKeesport and formerly of Glassport, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2019 in the VA Hospital Healthcare System in Oakland.  Born September 27, 1931 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late Joseph and Clara (Schmidt) Mosa.  Retired from Copperweld in Glassport, Arnold was a Korean War Veteran of the US Army and a member of the former St. Mary's German Church in McKeesport.  He was also a member of the 11th Ward Club, the CFU in Versailles, and the Elizabeth Ex-Servicemen's Association.  He joins his wife, the late Elizabeth (Asmondy) Mosa, who passed away November 23, 2017.

He was Preceded in death step grandson Jeffrey Nolder, Jr.  Nick was a member of St. Mark's Parish and served in the US Navy.  Friends received Wojciechowski Funeral Home, Glassport Fri. 2-4 and 6-8.  A funeral mass will be held Sat. 9:30 am at St. Mark's Parish, Liberty Boro. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the V.A. in Pittsburgh.
