David G. Malloy age 54, of West Mifflin, on Thanksgiving Day, November 28, 2019. He was a son of Dave “Joseph D.” and Elizabeth “Betty” (O'Leary) Malloy of West Mifflin. Dave was a true fan of all Pittsburgh sports teams and was an avid reader. Besides his parents, he is survived by his brother, Joseph P. (Lisa) Malloy of West Mifflin and his sister, Mary Beth (Glenn) Artim of West Mifflin; uncle of Joey Malloy and other nieces and nephews. Visitation Sunday, December 1, 2019 from 12-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the MALOY-SCHLEIFER FUNERAL HOME, INC., 915 Kennedy Ave., Duquesne, PA 412-466-3300, where a Blessing Service will be held on Monday at 11 a.m., Rev Michael Conway officiating. Paul Jerome Marshall, 64, of West Mifflin, Pa., departed this life peacefully on November 25, 2019, in Canterbury Place.

Paul was born on January 7, 1955, in McKeesport, Pa., son of English Webb Sr. and Marion Young Marshall. P.J. was a member of Trinity C.O.G.I.C., where he served faithfully as a Trustee until his health failed him.

He worked as a Conductor for Amtrak in Baltimore, Maryland and Pittsburgh, where he later retired. Paul Marshall loved the kids and coached little league in his spare time.

Randy Drew Mayer, age 64, died September 13, 2019 in Northern Ireland. Randy was born in Punxsutawney, PA on May 5, 1955 and was the son of Suzanne Mayer of West Mifflin and the late Kenneth Mayer. In addition to his dear mother, he is survived by his siblings, Rodney (Mila) Mayer of Gaithersburg, MD; Allyson (Jake) Plisco of Pleasant Hills, PA; and Bradley Mayer of Windsor, Ontario. Randy is survived by his partner, Kevin O’Connor, of Northern Ireland.

Randy’s family moved to West Mifflin when he was a child. After college, he travelled to Europe and was employed with the US Army in Germany, a position in which he served for 25 years, before completing his duties at West Point Military Academy in New York. Upon retiring, he returned to Europe and settled in Northern Ireland where he made his home. Randy was an active sportsman and passed away of a sudden cardiac event while on his beloved bicycle.

He is truly missed by his partner, friends, and loving family.

John is survived by his wife, Evelyn Begg Pasternak; son, David Pasternak of White Oak; sister, Alice (Edward) Scheetz of McKeesport; sister-in-law, Eleanor Pasternak of White Oak; sister-in-law, Frances Leschak of Baldwin; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Mildred and Donald Rendulic of Murrysville; and numerous nieces and nephews. He was a 1974 graduate of Norwin High School and received his Machine Shop Certification from Forbes Trail , Monroeville in 1977. He was a Manufacturing Supervisor for the former Nuclear Components in Greensburg and had also worked for Randy's Paint in North Huntingdon, Firestone in Youngwood, and Vangura Inc., Steve Poorman Tooling and Repair, and Jim Steffey Performance Machinery Inc. Dean also manufactured and customized Caribe Boats. He was a life-member of the Italian Minor's Society of Hahntown, and was a social member of the North Irwin Vol. Fire Co.

Glenn J. "Bandy" Heshizer, 91, of North Huntingdon, passed away Tuesday, November 26, 2019 at Excel Health Westmoreland Hospice surrounded by his loving family.  He was born September 15, 1928 in Turtle Creek, a son of the late George and Margaret (Blotzer) Heshizer.  Prior to his retirement, Glenn was a machinist for WABCO and later Shafton Machine.  He was a veteran of the US Navy having served during the Korean war era, a member of the Linway United Presbyterian Church, N. Versailles, and past commander of the American Legion, N. Huntingdon.  He enjoyed hunting and dancing, loved feeding the birds, and watching western movies.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, George, Robert, Jack and Donald; sisters, Margaret, Doris, Glenna, Janie, Edith, Elizabeth and Mildred; and son-in-law, Carl Muentzer.  He is survived by his loving wife of 46 years, Gwenn Brown Klingensmith Heshizer; children, Kevin Heshizer and his wife, Diane, Gerald "Bucky" Klingensmith and partner, Cindy, David Klingensmith, Colleen Tabak and her husband, Mike, Glenda Sekerchak and her husband, Ron, Kathy Muentzer, Sandy Bante and her husband Bob, Karen Saxion, Sue Heshizer and partner, Kathy, and Glenda Sellers and her husband, Pete; sister, Evelyn Bray; sisters-in-law, Elsa Heshizer, Betty Heshizer, Jackie (Bob) Giles; grandchildren, Michael (Renee) Tabak, Melissa (James) Danko, Ronald (Kelly) Sekerchak, Jr., Vaughn (Lisa) Norbert, Brooke (Jason) Santo Colombo, Shaun (Marissa) Norbert, Vanessa Bante, Brittany (Adam) Plank, Tiffany Unger, Robert C.
