Edgar William Budday Jr., age 67 of Jefferson Hills, PA, passed away peacefully on September 24th, 2019 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center. He was born in McKeesport on August 11th 1952, to the late Edgar William Budday Sr. and Betty Jean (Wilson) Budday. He is survived by his brothers, Joseph Budday, of Jefferson Hills and James R. (Anna) Budday of Wilson, N.C, and nephews, James Budday of Pittsburgh and Michael Budday, of North Carolina. Edgar was a self-employed contractor, he was also a marine that proudly served his country from 1972-1976 during Vietnam. Edgar was a previous officer of the American Legion Post 380 in Dravosburg, and a previous member of F&A Mason in Dravosburg. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Arrangements have been entrusted to SM FINNEY FUNERAL HOME, 432 N 6th Street, Clairton, PA 15025. Debra A. Marnell, 64, of McKeesport, died Thursday, September 26, 2019 at Riverside Nursing Center. Born in McKeesport, February 14, 1955, she was the daughter of the late Mary Ruzinsky. She is survived by her husband, Frank J. Marnell; her daughter, Angel Pieseski of McKeesport; her son, Frank J. (Val Morschl) Marnell III of Verona; and her sister in law, Esther Ruzinsky. Georgeanne W. (Wallace) Faison, age 81, of North Versailles passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2019. She was born March 26, 1938 in Wilmerding, a daughter of the late George and Mary Wallace. She was a member of St. Robert Bellarmine Church in East McKeesport and worked as a travel agent for over 31 years before retiring. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of over 58 years James R. Faison. She is survived by her children Michelle (Paul) Wassel of Scottdale and James R. Melvin D. "Rod" Holmes, age 84, of Dravosburg, died September 24, 2019, at Mt. Vernon of Elizabeth. Born May 3, 1935, in Dravosburg, he was the son of the late Charles Holmes and Ethel (McCombs) Bell and the husband of the late Elsie (Lynn) Holmes.
Melvin was a retired from Long's Hauling, where he was a truck driver. He was a member of the American Legion Post #380. His greatest joy was spending time with family.

Joseph Anthony Pusateri, age 78, of McKeesport, died September 21, 2019, at Kane Community Living Center. Born April 12, 1941, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Anthony and Connie (Marze) Pusateri.
Joseph worked as a taxi cab driver and was a professional drape/curtain hanger. He loved to watch the Pittsburgh Pirates and the Pittsburgh Steelers, reading his bible and missionary work.

Helen was owner/operator of the Korner Tavern for 57 years. She was a member of the Hungarian Reformed Church, Duquesne, longtime member of the North Huntingdon Democratic Club, and VFW Post 781 Ladies Auxiliary. She loved visiting casinos and cooking. Richard E. Matibe, age 80 of Mckeesport died September 12, 2019 at UPMC McKeesport. Born January 20, 1939 in Mckeesport, he was the son of the late Herman Matibe and Coral (Pierce) Matibe.
Richard retired from the Pittsburgh Athletic Association and formally worked for Tygart Steel. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a member of the White Oak American Legion post 701. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren.

Susan Ellen Nordine, age 79, of Port Vue, died September 20, 2019, at Eldercrest Nursing Center of Munhall. Born July 16, 1940, in Versailles Borough, she was the daughter of the late Earl Ward and Hazel Elizabeth Ellen (Whitehouse) Morgan and the wife of the late John E. Nordine.
Susan worked at the former Parkvale Bank and Dollar Bank, both of McKeesport. In her early years, she worked at the former G.C. Murphy Co. Susan enjoyed reading, gardening, cooking and baking. She was a big Pittsburgh Pirate fan also. Her greatest joy, was spending time with her grandchildren.

Herman was a retired business office manager for the former Bell of Pennsylvania in McKeesport and was a US Army Veteran.

She was a devout woman and active with her Parish, St. Michael's in Elizabeth Twp., and also volunteered at Divine Redeemer Motherhouse in Elizabeth Twp. and sung with the choir at St. Patrick's Church in McKeesport. Besides her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Michael D. McDermitt, who passed away November 2, 2011. She is survived by many who were lucky enough to call her their friend.

Carrie will be remembered for the immense love she had for her adoring family, and for her ability to light up a room with her smile. While her outer beauty was undeniable, it was her caring nature and selfless approach to life that allowed her beauty to shine inside and out. Family and friends will fondly share stories about her sticking up for her younger brothers, her willingness to take on anyone in an arm wrestling match, and the way she let loose on the dance floor. Her strength through the years is something to be admired and we know she will be remembered for it by every person her life touched...and for her amazing cookies.
