Robert Joseph Marino, age 63, of McKeesport, died Saturday, Feb. 2, 2019. He was born in McKeesport on April 17, 1955 and was the son of the late John and Theresa Walman Marino.

Bobby previously worked at USS, was in construction, spent approximately 34 years in sales and management in the car industry and most recently was a salesman for Hot Metal Harley Davidson in West Mifflin.

Twila J. (Sorg) Swauger, age 71, of East McKeesport passed away with her family by her side on Sunday, February 3, 2019. She was born in McKeesport, a daughter of the late Wayne and Margaret (Peters) Sorg. She retired after 40 years as the school bus terminal manager for First Student that provides busses for the Norwin, Gateway, and East Allegheny schools. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her son John McNeill; and brother Arthur Sorg. She is survived by her children Carol (Jimmy) Reed of McKeesport, Jeffrey (Diane) McNeill of East McKeesport and Karen (Mark) Loving of North Versailles; grandchildren Amy McNeill, Joshua McNeill, Brandon Reed, Evan Reed, Lexi Loving, Hailey Loving, Brianna Loving and Ryleigh Loving; sister Nancy (Stan) Costanzo; sister-in-law Debbie Sorg; and nieces and nephews.

(fiancee Sandy Steele) Hostetler of Imperial, PA; grandfather of Charles Spangler, Ashley (Christopher) Ballantyne, Tyler Hostetler, and Tanner Hostetler; great-grandfather of Christoper and Colton Ballantyne; brother of Eugene Hostetler of Curtisville, PA, Geraldine Smith of Berlin, PA, and the late Richard Snyder. Margaret V. Scapellato, 92, of Port Vue formerly of West Mifflin, died peacefully, Thursday, January 31, 2019, in Lawson Nursing Home. Born July 20, 1926, in West Mifflin, she was the daughter of the late Alexander and Anna (Zebak) Mickolas. Mrs. Scapellato was a  member of Christ the Light of the World Parish, Duquesne and a retired book keeper at Grant's Department Store in McKeesport and Woolworth's in West Mifflin. She was the beloved Wife of the late Dominick Scapellato, she is  survived by a daughter, Susan Hornyak; and a son, Ralph Scapellato.  She was also preceded in death by a brother, Alex Mickolas.

Nicholas Mellinger, age 27, of White Oak, died unexpectedly on Wednesday, January 30, 2019.  He was born in Pittsburgh, on July 28, 1991 and is the son of Patricia L. (Sinicki) Mellinger of McKeesport and William Mellinger of White Oak.  He was formerly employed as a metal fabricator.   

In addition to his parents he is survived by brothers, Regis Mellinger of McKeesport, Billy Mellinger and Andy Mellinger both of White Oak; maternal grandfather, Robert (Patricia) Sinicki of Pittsburgh; paternal grandmother, Carolyn (Cannon) Ivaska of White Oak; and also loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends; 

He is preceded in death by maternal grandmother, Lorraine M. (Schuessler) Sinicki and paternal grandfather, Regis Beighley.

Rosemary McNulty, age 90, of Allison Park formerly of White Oak died Wednesday, January 31, 2019.  She was born in McKeesport on February 15, 1928 and is the daughter of the late William F. and Jane Wilson Jackson and the wife of the late Gerald McNulty.  She was an operator for Bell Telephone for many, many years.  She enjoyed shopping and valued the company and camaraderie of her family and friends.  And her great wit triggered laughter and happiness among those lucky enough to know her.  Rosemary also loved traveling, especially her many trips to Ireland.

In addition to her husband, she is preceded in death by her sister, Jean Jackson Eckman.

Rosemary is survived by her cousins Gerard Driscoll of Forward Twp., PA; Paul Driscoll of Murfreesboro, TN; and Daniel Driscoll of White Oak, PA and dear friends, Cahal and Kathleen Dunne from Gibsonia and their children and grandchildren, Ryan, Shaun, Dina, Nathan, and Jocelyn; also, nieces, nephews and numerous other cousins.

Family and friends will be received at Strifflers of White Oak Cremation and Mortuary Services, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131 (412-678-6177) on Monday, February 4, 2019 from 4:00-8:00 pm.  Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Angela Merici Church, 1649 Fawcett Ave., White Oak, PA 15131 on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at 10:00 am.  Burial will take place in Arlington National Cemetery.
