Robert E. Hester III, 66, of McKeesport, died Friday, May 17, 2019 at Kane Regional Center, McKeesport. Born in McKeesport on March 23, 1953, he was the son of the late Robert Emmett and Martha Minteer Hester II. Bob was preceded in death by his sister, Mary C. Hester and is survived by cousins. He was a member of Corpus Christi Church and a graduate of McKeesport Area High School. Friends will be received in the Hunter Funeral Home, Inc., 1600 Coursin Street, McKeesport, PA 15132 on Friday, May 24, 2019 from 6-8 PM, followed by a memorial service in the funeral home at 8:00 PM.

Arlene Gland Elias, 82, of White Oak, died Friday, May 17, 2019. Born in the Bronx, NY on July 8, 1936, she was the daughter of the late Max and Ethel Weintraub Gland. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Sherman E. Elias, and by daughters, Ruth (Jacob) Gordon of Seattle, WA and Mimi (Mitch) Maizlech of Pittsburgh. She was The Nana to Naomi (Aryeh) Ho, Aaron Gordon, Shui Maizlech, Sammy Maizlech, Sarah Baila Gordon, and the late David Menachem Gordon. Great grandmother of Meir Ho and Dovid Simcha Ho, she is also survived by sisters, Claire Iszauk of McKeesport and Rosalie Opall of Uniontown. A service will be held Monday, May 20, 2019 at 11:00 AM in the Hunter Funeral Home, Inc., 1600 Coursin Street, McKeesport, PA 15132 with Rabbi Moshe Russell officiating. Interment will follow in the New Gemilas Chesed Cemetery. The family suggests contributions to the Congregation Gemilas Chesed, 1400 Summit Street, White Oak, PA 15131.

Benny Norris, 92, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, departed this life on Tuesday, May 14, 2019 in AHN Jefferson Hospital.
He was born March 27, 1927 in Ensley, AL, son of the late Yancey Norris, Sr. and Rose Watson Norris Talley. Benny was also preceded in death by siblings, Yancey Norris, Jr., Martha Norris-Hudson, Nelson Norris, and grandson, Russell Gallaway.
He was a member of Morning Start Baptist Church of Clairton and retired from US Steel. Benny was also a proud United States Army veteran, who served during World War II.
Surviving are his wife, Bessie Jean Norris of Pittsburgh; three children, Sandra (Roger) Norris-Stone of Lithonia, GA, Benny Norris, Jr. of Cleveland, OH, Alysa Norris-Hammons of San Francisco, CA; three grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and friends.

On May 15, 2019 the Lord swiftly and suddenly came and took Ryan Daniel Malady, age 43, of Gibsonia, to be with Him in Heaven.
He leaves behind his loving wife, Dana Giugliano Malady and his precious children Michael, Juliana, and Mia. Also survived by his parents, Sue (Sorg) and Dan Malady, his loving mother & father in-law Debbie (Pampena) and Tony Giugliano, brother in-law Anthony (Laura McCauley) Giugliano, niece and nephew Annabelle & Liam Giugliano and the many others who have loved him and will miss him.
Ryan had a special devotion and relationship with God and was a thoughtful husband and wonderful family man, who was always involved in the needs and activities of his children. Ryan worked in medical sales for many years, where he loved having the opportunity to help so many people. He loved golf, skiing at Hidden Valley with his family, running, and enjoyed all sports, especially the Steelers. Ryan remained friends with his high school and college buddies and the people he met always appreciated his sense of humor, kindness and concern for others.

Richard was born in Coulter, Pa., June 29, 1940 to Julius and Katherine Dickson Mauger. Richard will be remembered by his wife of 53 years, Myrtle Zeh Mauger; and his children, Kathleen (Vince) Oddo, Jennifer (Jason) Meskanick; son, James Mauger; and daughter-in-law, Diane Tatrai Mauger. Richard will be fondly remembered by his four grandchildren, Heather, Shannon (Kris), Vinny, Emma; and great-grandchild, Camden; sisters-in-law, Emma (Earl) Stiffey, Shirley (Hank) Chapman; and many nieces and nephews. He was born April 28, 1971, in Pittsburgh, PA, son of the late Irvin and Joan Green East. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Valerie Green, and brother, Mark Green.
Kili was a graduate of Clairton High School and played little league Baseball and Varsity Football. He was an avid sneakerhead and also loved collecting and wearing ball caps! Kili’s true passion was cooking. Cooking was an extension of love for Kili and everyone who had the opportunity to enjoy a meal made by him could taste this.
