She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star for 47 years. She was a member of the Clairton Chapter #316, past Matron of White Oak Chapter #542, past District Deputy, and 1989 Grand Warder of the Grand Chapter of Pennsylvania.

(Kimberly) Harrington Jr. of Jefferson Hills; daughter, Sharon (Denny Bishop) Denne of Ligonier; son, Donald Wheeler of Clairton; eight grandchildren; and her cat, Tiny. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by son, Robert "Peanut" Wheeler; brothers, James Davis and George "Jock" Davis; and sister, Darlene Stoffa.
