RONALD T. LOOP Jr. Age 66, of Duquesne, on April 10, 2017. He was the son of the late Ronald T. Loop, Sr. and Ina (Harrington) Loop. He was a former employee of US Steel Duquesne Works in the Bar Mill. He was a member of the Croatian Club in Duquesne, Homeville Fire Department and the Mifflin Club. He proudly served his country in the Navy during the Vietnam War. Beloved husband of Christine (Majzer) Loop for 14 years; father of Angela (George) Meskowski of Lakeville, MN, Katie (fiancé Teallen Johnson) Loop of Turtle Creek, Lauren Loop, at home, Angela Carman of Turtle Creek, Erica Carman and Ryan Carman, both of Duquesne; grandfather of Alexis, Joshua and Adena Meskowski; brother of Gloria (Barry) Kovalsky of West Mifflin, Marla (Barry) Beal of Dravosburg; also nieces and nephews. Mary Martha Boyce, 85 formerly of Glassport, Pa passed away peacefully on Saturday April 8, 2017 surrounded by her loving family in Compton, CA. She was born on March 20, 1932 in Claysville, WV to the late Jesse and Lucy Mercer. She grew up in Keyser, WV and retired from McKeesport Hospital as a custodian worker. She was an avid traveler spending her time between PA, TX, and CA. She nourished her entire family with love and faith. Her devotion to her Lord and Savior emanated to everyone she met and she had an uncanny ability to reach people in a deep and spiritual way. She was a proud member of Glassport Assembly of God Church and served as a Sunday School teacher for many years. She is survived by her children Donald Lee Boyce, Jr of Brenham, TX, Diane Boyce of Brenham, TX, Valerie (Lawrence) Boyce Stevenson of Compton, CA, Rocky Boyce of Port Vue, PA, Craig Boyce of West Mifflin, PA, and Keith Boyce, Sr of Liberty Boro, PA. Beloved grandmother to 16 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren. Sister Delana (Walter) Ours of Keyser, WV, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband of 47 years Donald Boyce, Sr. on October 8, 1996, her daughters Donna Boyce and Cindy Boyce, four brothers and one sister. Anna (Carullo) Morelli, 80, of Duquesne, died peacefully Monday April 10, 2017 at home. Born April 26, 1936, in Stefanaconi, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Domenico and Annunziata (Barbuto) Carullo. Mrs. Morelli was a faithful member of Christ the Light of the World Parish, Duquesne. Anna was the beloved wife of the late Domenick Morelli, she is survived by her loving children, Nicholas (Deborah) Morelli of North Fayette, Robert Morelli of Commack, NY, Nancy (William) Harrington of Robinson Twp., and John (Kimberly) Morelli of Apollo; two brothers, Pasquale and Joseph Carullo; and five grandchildren, Jessica, Nicholas and Matthew Morelli, and Alysa and Michael Harrington.

Dorothy Jacobs Weiss, 95, formerly of McKeesport and White Oak, died Wednesday, April 12, 2017 at Harbour Senior Living of Monroeville. Born in California, PA on March 8, 1922, she was the daughter of the late Max and Elsie Lang Jacobs. Wife of the late Sam Weiss, she is survived by her son, Harry M. (Adrienne) Weiss of Monroeville; her daughter, Ellen R. Weiss of Philadelphia; and her granddaughter, Elizabeth Weiss of Squirrel Hill; also by nieces and nephews. A retired clerk at the former Jaison’s Department Store in McKeesport, she was a member of Temple B’nai Israel and its Sisterhood, Hadassah, and the Jewish War Veterans Auxiliary #181. A graveside service will be held Friday, April 14, 2017 at 1:00 PM in the Tree of Life/Sfard Cemetery with Rabbi Paul Tuchman officiating. Guy P. Redinger, age 99, of White Oak died April 11, 2017 at Forbes Regional Hospital. Born February 12, 1918 in Everett he was the son of the late Wesley and Carrie (Straily) Redinger. He was married to Betty Mae Burket until she died in 1986. He was then married to Lucille (Wunderly) Redinger until she died in 2012. Guy was a World War II veteran. He retired from Peoples Union Bank where he was a Building Maintenance Supervisor for over 30 years. He was a 50 year member of the Youghiogheny Lodge No. 583. He was also a member at Tall Cedars of Lebanon, Syria Shrine, Caravan No. 4, and White Oak American Legion Post #701. Guy was a Deacon in the Church of the Brethren for over 60 years. He was a part of the old timers golf league and had a recorded hole in one at 7 Springs Golf Course at the age of 80. Guy is survived by his children Joyce (Grant) McNally of North Huntingdon, Terry (Diane) Redinger of St. Petersburg, FL; step daughter Luanne (Brian) Obert of Vienna, VA; grandson Scott (Jennifer) Craze; great-grandchildren Chelsea (Eric) Snyder, Logan and Garrett Craze; great great-grandchildren Mason and Carter Snyder; nieces and nephews. Many thanks to the step grandchildren for giving Guy the love and support throughout the years. Guy is preceded in death by his siblings; Lillian Dunkel, Elmira Whisel, Charles, Herbert, and Harry.
