Helen Brulja, age 92 of McKeesport, passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2019 in Southwestern Assisted Care Center in West Mifflin. Born December 1, 1926 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late Frank and Mary (Ljubic) Brulja. A member of St. Mark's Parish in Port Vue, Helen worked as a clerk for the Westinghouse Corp., was a member of the CFU Lodge #146 and it's Ladies' and Pensioneers' Clubs, and was also an original member of the Penn-Sembles. She is survived by nieces and nephews, but was preceded in death by her siblings: Kathern Brulja, Frances Sopko, Ann Bastasic, Mary Sipkovich, and Matt, Bruce, and William Brulja. Friends will be received in the Daniel F. Bekavac Funeral Home and Crematory, 4504 Walnut Street, Versailles, on Sunday, May 5, 2019 from 6 to 8 PM. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, May 6, 2019 at 10 AM in St. Mark's Parish, Port Vue Site. Interment will follow to Sacred Heart Cemetery, Port Vue. Edwin J. Weldon, age 82 of Versailles, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2019 in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital. Born March 4, 1937 in Philadelphia, he was a son of the late James C. and Marie (Weber) Weldon. Edwin worked as a salesclerk at Sears at South Hills Village; he was a member of St. Patrick's Church in McKeesport; a US Air Force Veteran of the Korean War; and a member of both the Versailles and Lester V.F.C.

John D’Amico, 77, of Elizabeth passed away peacefully May 1, 2019. He is the son of the late Francesco and Assunta (Iannotta) D’Amico and beloved husband of the late Natalie (Kochuba) D’Amico. John was a retired Quality Insurance Inspector for Bettis Atomic; was a member of Christ the Light of the World Parish; K of C (where he was a past Grand Knight) and Sons of Italy (where he was a past President. Friends received Wojciechowski Funeral Home, Glassport, Sat. from 6-8 and Sun. from 2-4 and 6-8. A funeral mass will be held Mon. at 12:00 pm at Holy Name Church with Father Carmen D’Amico and Father Tom Lewandowski. Interment following Round Hill Cemetery.

Marlene Unrath, 86, of Pleasant Hills, passed away at ManorCare Nursing Home on April 30, 2019. She was born January 16, 1933, to the late Michael and Mary Repko Visokey. Marlene is survived by her daughter; Lori Ann Bagley of Pleasant Hills, sons; Patrick “Sonny” (Jane Bowen) Unrath of Port Vue, and Darrell (Laurie) Unrath of Forward Township, grandchildren; Dylan (Helen) Unrath, Michael (Ashley) Unrath, Ryan (Sarah) Cunning, Jesse and Willie, great grandchildren; Ryan Jr., and Nathaniel and many nieces and nephews. Carol Ann Lasich, age 79 of Clairton, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, April 30, 2019. Born November 19, 1939 in McKeesport, she was a daughter of the late Carmine and Mildred (Vuksic) Rodino. A graduate of Clairton High School and a member of St. Clare of Assisi Parish, Carol's family will remember her as the kindest, gentlest woman and an amazing mother, a fantastic grandmother to her granddaughter, but "GiGi" to many more. Besides her parents, she joins her husband of 46 years, Robert M. Lasich, who passed away July 2, 2011. Carol is survived by her children Lori Lasich of Rostraver Twp. and Robert (fiancee Kate E. Dadum) Lasich of Clairton; her granddaughter Isabella Patch; her sister Irene Plesniak of Elizabeth; and also nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.

He was born July 11, 1995, in Pittsburgh, son of and Tina M. Ford and Kenyatto Terric Berry.
Armani was a member of Morning Star Baptist Church. A 2013 Graduate of Clairton High School, where he was member and Quarterback of the Clairton Bears Football Teams and led them to a 2013 WPIAL Championship. Armani went on to further his education at Bluefield College in West Virginia and played as the Rams Quarterback. After an injury, he continued his education at Youngstown State University and went on to be employed by the KBRB Cleaning Company in Columbus, OH.
