Gerry C. Cope, age 75 of Clairton, took his last breath at 10:24 AM on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at his home.  He was an electronic technician for U.S Steel, Clairton Works for 39 years. Gerry was also a Veteran serving during the Vietnam War, a former teacher of hairdressing and a hairdresser at John Cesko's in McKeesport, a former DJ at Charley J's in North Versailles for 16 years, sang in the doo-wop group The BelAirs, was a Mason in Chapter #162, and a member of the Knights Templar.  Born October 8, 1944 in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Charles H., Jr. and Jenny (Gladkowski) Cope.  Gerry is survived by his wife of 49 years, Barbara Alice (Lloyd) Cope; daughter Laurie (James Bayto) Stonick of Clairton; son Gerry C. (Barbara Payo) Cope, Jr. of Clairton; grandchildren Gerry C., III, Christopher, Dylan, Jayden, Jackson, and Aria Cope, and Thomas and Tyler Deliman; brothers Jay (Sharon) Cope of North Carolina and Wayne (Pam) Kucich of White Oak; and also nieces and nephews.

William A. Argyle, age 76, of Elizabeth Twp., passed away on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 at Jefferson Hospital. He was a retired lab technician at U.S. Steel Irvin Works in West Mifflin. He was an Army veteran serving during the Vietnam War and received the Purple Heart in January 1966 while serving with the 173 Airborne. He was a former member of Dravosburg American Legion and Dravosburg Fire Hall, and various bowling leagues in the Mon Valley.

William Andrew Yusko,  63, of North Versailles, passed away, Saturday, November  2, 2019. He was born August 2, 1956 in Pittsburgh and was the son of the late Andrew and Alice (Curran) Yusko. He was also preceded in death by sisters, Joann (Alan) McCartney and Mary Ann Yusko, and a brother, James Yusko. He is survived by nieces, Heather  (Dominick) Candelore and Kami (Vince) Bracco, great nieces, Sierra Wareham, Isabella Candelore and Arianna Bracco, aunts, uncles, cousins, and his best friend, Robert Bacco. Stanford Alan Lefkowitz, age 88 of White Oak, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, November 5, 2019 surrounded by his loving family.  He was born In McKeesport on June 23, 1931 and is the son of the late Carl and Rose Lichenstein Lefkowitz. Stan was the beloved owner of Penn Taft Pharmacy which has cared for generations of West Mifflin residents for the last 70 years. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh in Accounting and Duquesne University in Pharmacy, Mr. Lefkowitz also served the nation as a Navy Corpsman for the US Marines.  He was the Alumni of the decade for Duquesne University, President of the Allegheny County Pharmaceutical Association, Proctor for Interns for Pharmacy School for hundreds of pharmacy students, and sponsored scores of little league baseball teams.  Stan was very involved in the community.  Stan Lefkowitz was kind and compassionate - loved by everyone who knew him and always left folks feeling encouraged and better about themselves.

Leonard “Leo” Joseph Puma, age 94, of McKeesport and West Palm Beach, Florida, died Sunday, November 3, 2019.  He was born in Lorain, Ohio on March 18, 1925 and is the son of the late Samuel and Rose Marino Puma.  He served in the U.S. Navy during WW II and received honors for his service. He was a member of St. Patrick Church in McKeesport.  He was a retired member of Iron Workers Local #3 for 71 years and was elected and served as President for 12 years.  He then was the Business Manager for the Pittsburgh Building Trades for the following 12 years.  He was an accomplished Union Rights activist and devoted much of his life to the cause. After retirement, he was a PA State Constable.  He was a member of the former McKeesport Elks Club, the Eleventh Ward Club, the Italian Heritage Society, the Renzie Seniors and the White Oak American Legion.

Patricia Rae DeLeo, 85, of North Huntingdon, passed away Sunday, November 3, 2019.  She was born May 18, 1934 in Pittsburgh, daughter of the late James and Dolly (Moyer) O'Neill.  Pat was a member of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, Penns Wood Civic Association and enjoyed playing cards, visiting the casino and loved baking nut rolls.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dominic DeLeo; daughter, Donna Lee Tamilia; stepmother, Teresa Halliwell; brothers, William and James O'Neill; sisters, Dorothy Skonetzni and Gloria Lyons.  She is survived by her son, John Lee and his wife, Janet; daughters, Darlene Leader and her husband, William and Diane Clem and her husband, Jeff; son-in-law Joe Tamilia; grandchildren, Adam Tamilia, William Jr. (Courtney) and Dominic Leader, Alexa and Linda Lee, Nathan and Joel Kremer; Rachel Law (Cody, Peyton and Connor) and Madison Griffin (Adam); and countless loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.  Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at the James W.
