Fasekas, age 90 of Clairton, passed away on Friday, June 28, 2019 in her home.  Born September 5, 1928 in Clairton, she was a daughter of the late Judgi and Catherine Malacki and wife of the late Joseph E. Fasekas who passed away December 31, 2012.  A member of St. Clare of Assisi Parish, Hazel is survived by her children Cindy (Rick) Salmon of Flemington, NJ, Gloria (Gerry) Bartos of Yorktown, VA, and Joseph Fasekas of Morgantown, WV; her close friend Robert Matz of Morgantown, WV; her five grandchildren Jill Fisher, Megan Salmon, Jeremy and Jason Bartos, and Jodie Tirch; her six great-grandchildren Cora, Taylor, Tyler, Abigail, Avery, and Andrew; her siblings Gina Sydeski of Tampa, FL and Frank Malacki of San Diego, CA; and also nieces and nephews.

James E. Burnsworth, Jr., age 71 of Clairton, passed away at home on Friday, June 28, 2019.  Born April 28, 1948 in McKeesport, he was a son of the late James E. Burnsworth, Sr. and Mary P. (DiFazio) Burnsworth.  A self employed truck driver, James also worked at Gulf Materials in Braddock.  He enjoyed spending his free time working on his truck, and he was a loving father, grandfather, and uncle.  He is survived by his wife Rhoda (Gurner) Burnsworth; his children Payton Burnsworth of Clairton and Marc Burnsworth of Lawrence, KS; his grandson Riley Burnsworth of Lawrence, KS; his siblings Mary Ann Falk of Finleyville, Sandy Elder of Clairton, and Joe Burnsworth of Rostraver Twp.; nephew Jordon Burnsworth and other nieces and nephews.

Stefina Bernice Ann (Kozek) Ogrodnik Garcia, of North Versailles, passed away in God’s arms at the age of 95, on June 25, 2019. Steffy was born on February 23rd, 1924, in East Pittsburgh, PA. She was a blessing to her mother, Josephine Kellar Kozek, her father, Anton Kozek, her two sisters, Mary (née Kozek) Novotny and Helen, and her brother Edward. She cherished her childhood with her loving family, and it developed into the most important legacy she would leave behind. Her first marriage to Walter Ogrodnik and second marriage to Joseph Garcia, exemplified love everlasting through family bonds. They made memories in East Pittsburgh, East McKeesport and ultimately, North Versailles, each place having value simply because they were together. Later in life, Steffy moved into the Redstone Highlands community, where she continued to enjoy the company of her family and friends for the remainder of her days.

Jakub, of Duquesne, and Andrew "A.J." Jakub, of McKeesport; sister of Russell (Beverly) Faust, of Wilkins Township, and the late Geraldine (surviving spouse, Ron) McKee, of Duquesne. Rapsack, age 92 and formerly of Clairton, passed away on Wednesday, June 26, 2019 in Overlook Green Nursing Facility, Whitehall.  Born May 3, 1927 in Clairton, she was a daughter of the late Mitro and Julia (Kolcun) Hrapchak.  A member of Ascension of Our Lord Byzantine Catholic Church in Clairton, Irene served as a nun for more than 30 years with the Sister Servants of Mary Immaculate of Sloatsburg, NY, earning her Ph.D. from Fordham University.   She taught all over and outside of the United States at various schools and institutions before taking a job with the Byzantine Diocese of Cleveland, then retiring back home to the area.  Irene was a self-sufficient, independent, and devout woman who made her own way and lived a very interesting life.

Born November 4, 1927 in Shoaf, he was a son of the late Joseph and Anna Noga. He is survived by his wife of 67 years, June (Rebar) Noga; and nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Joseph, John and Andrew Noga. Friends will be received in the Paul E. Elizabeth "Betty" Lindahl, age 88 of Marion, Texas, formerly of White Oak, entered eternal life on Sunday, June 23, 2019.  She was born May 2, 1931 in Versailles Boro, the daughter of the late John and Bertha Nemeth Bunda and the wife of the late Robert Harold Lindahl.  She was a banquet hostess employed by the Palace Inn Restaurant for many years. Betty was also a graduate of McKeesport High School, Class of 1949.  Betty was always an active member of her church, McKeesport Presbyterian and Immanuel United Presbyterian. She was a loving animal advocate and rescue supporter who very much loved her dogs, Daisy and Pearlie. Betty loved to cross-stitch, cultivate flowers and work puzzles in her spare time. Those she leaves behind will most remember her for her love of God and family. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, neighbor, friend and wife and will be truly missed by all.  She is survived by daughters, Valerie L. (Larry C.) Moore of Marion, Texas and Michelle Lindahl of Orlando, Florida; granddaughter, Elizabeth Leslie Moore of Marion, Texas; nephews, Charles Beres of Pfafftown, North Carolina and Martin Beres of Ottawa, Canada.
