Leopoldo Fortino, age 83 of Versailles, passed away in his home on Thursday, January 3, 2019. Born June 10, 1935 in Republic, he was a son of the late Leopoldo and Sarah (Metz) Fortino. A retired delivery driver for Schneider Dairy, Leopoldo was a US Marine Corps Veteran. He is survived by his wife Barbara (Balocik) Fortino; his daughters Lisa Klose, Debbie Ruggieri, and Sherry Hoebler; his seven grandchildren; and his three great-grandchildren. Besides his parents, Leopoldo was preceded in death by his first wife Jane Fortino and his daughter Kimberly Fortino.

Thomas J. Fahey, of White Oak died January 3, 2019. He is the son of the late Joseph F. and Gertrude (Conley) Fahey. He is survived by his beloved wife Donna (Fogarty) Fahey, who loved him like crazy and son Michael Fahey who was devoted to him; brother Richard (the late Maureen) Fahey; sister-in-law Gail Waite; and many nieces and nephews. Tom as a retired Administrator for Mayview State Hospital. There will be no visitation. A mass of celebration will be held at a later date. He was a former truck driver of 37 years for Marraccini Supermarket, the caretaker for Elizabeth Cemetery, and was an avid Harley Davidson motorcycle rider.

Betty M. Barella, age 95 of Rostraver Twp., passed away at home on Thursday, January 3, 2019. Born February 3, 1923 in Roscoe, she was a daughter of the late Alfred and Teresa (Lucas) Malmgren. The co-owner and bookkeeper of the former Barella's Lounge in Jefferson Hills, Betty also worked as a seamstress and payroll clerk for the US Army during World War II. In her spare time, she was an avid reader and loved going to her place in the mountains, but her family will remember her most as a strong and loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother.

Myrna Lou Reynolds (nee Smith) passed away naturally in the early hours of December 30 at her home in Glassport at the age of 86. Through a life defined by family, friends and conversation, Myrna welcomed all to her table to share stories, gossip and laughter over several pots of weak coffee. Myrna was born October 23, 1932 in Bunola, along the Monongahela River. A steadfast and formidable partner to Louis Reynolds (passed away April 29, 2000), Myrna joined him in Glassport after their marriage in 1954.

William Levi Truax, age 82, of Clairton, passed away on Tuesday, January 1, 2019 at home. He was a retired school principal for the Allegheny Intermediate Unit. A U.S. Army veteran, he was a member of the Daniel Keffer American Legion Post 75 in Clairton. He enjoyed hunting and softball. Born April 21, 1936 in Clairton, he was a son of the late Lee and Mabel (Garland) Truax. He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Linda Ann (DePasquali) Truax; and a niece and several nephews.
