Patricia M. (Marsula) Geyer, age 84, of Pitcairn, passed away Thursday, May 3, 2018. She was born October 17, 1933 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late John Matthew and Bernice Catherine (Barnes) Marsula. She was a member of All Souls Episcopal Church in North Versailles. Before retiring, she worked as a secretary and receptionist at Union Switch & Signal, Rockwell, and the University of Pittsburgh. She was a proud member of the Eastern Star, Amaranth, Fireman’s and Engineer’s Lady Auxiliary, Dames of Malta, and the White Shrine of Jerusalem. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband of over 47 years Lawrence Geyer; brother Jack Marsula; and sister Bernice Katherine Lasher. She is survived by her son Lawrence (Susan) Geyer Jr. of Chalfant; and granddaughter Elizabeth Geyer.

Jay was a member of the Greenock United Methodist Church.  He was part owner of the Madison Club Golf Course and the former Sutersville Lumber Co, and was a Director at Herminie Bank for 42 years. Jay was a US Army Veteran of the Korean War. For his service he received the Korean Service Medal with 1 Bronze Star, National Service Medal, United Service Medal and the ROK Presidential Unit Citation. He is survived by his wife, Marcella (Soubeyrand) Miller, 4 sons, 2 daughters, 10 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren and a sister.

He was born May 24, 1942 in McKeesport and was the son of the late Dr. Frank Robert and Dorothy (Dunn) Bondi, Sr. He was the husband of the late Vera M. (Stanislaw) Bondi who died June 29, 2009. They were married 45 years. Frank retired from UPMC McKeesport Hospital after 20 years of service and was proprietor of the former Valley Car Wash on Long Run Road. He obtained his Private Pilot license in 1970 and enjoyed flying for several years. He is survived by his daughters, Valerie  (Richard) Heimbach of Harrisburg and Meredith Bondi of Boston, grandsons, LCP Nicholas Heimbach, USMC and PFC Pierce Heimbach, USMC of Harrisburg, brothers, Dr. Richard (Camille) Bondi of Squirrel Hill and Mark (Michelle) Bondi of Allison Park, sisters, Pamela (Jess) Cignetti of Mount Vernon and Lynn  (Bill) Hanna of Doylestown, nieces and nephews.
