Louis Durant, 84, of Elizabeth Township, died Wednesday, June 22, 2016 at home. He was born January 19, 1932 in Wynn and was the son of the late Samuel and Agatha Vacirca Durant. Louis was a Korean War Veteran and had received the National Defense Service Medal, Korean Service Medal with 1 Bronze Service Star, United Nations Service Medal and the Combat Infantryman Badge. He was a member of the American Legion. He retired from the Auto Industry after 30 years of service.

Susan A. Pollard, age 63, of Wilkinsburg, formerly of Troy Hill, died June 16, 2016 at home. Born May 24, 1953, in Pittsburgh, she was the daughter of the late Victor and Trudy Klein and the wife of Allen Roberts.
Susan worked as a caretaker for the mentally disabled. She loved vacationing in Costa Rica with her sister Marie and found great delight in nature. Susan was a talented artist in design, painting and sculpture.

Bob worked at US Steel Duquesne Works in his early years. He was a member of the former Riverview Baptist Church, where he happily volunteered for many years. He enjoyed spending time with his family and dear friend Nancy Price.

Beloved wife of John Slepecki, she is also survived by two loving daughters, Marylin (Michael) Borza of Virginia Beach, VA. and Audrey (Nicholas) Touloumes of Mechanicsburg, PA.; a brother, Andrew (Audrey) Cmar of North Huntingdon; 4 grandchildren. 2 great grandchildren and nieces and nephews. George Edward Klacik, age 84 of McKeesport, went home to be with his Savior, Jesus Christ, Wednesday, June 22, 2016.  He was born in McKeesport on May 7, 1932 and is the son of the late George and Susan (Balas) Klacik.  He served in the US Army post Korean war 1955.  He was retired from US Steel after 27 years of employment. George was an avid pinochle player, enjoyed working with electronics and was fascinated by aeronautics.
He is survived by his daughter, Jacquelyn (William) D’Antonio of Lititz, Pa; sons, Alan Lee (Darlene) Klacik of Pittsburgh, Pa. and Gene Klacik of Tarentum, Pa; grandchildren, Lauren and David D’Antonio, Steve, Michael, Jason and Mike Klacik; and seven great-grandchildren.  His sister Irene Mulac and niece Monica Mulac.
Friends will be received from 10 am. to 12 p.m. on Saturday, June 25 at STRIFFLERS OF WHITE OAK CREMATION AND MORTUARY SERVICES, 1100 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA 15131, (Sue Striffler Galaski, supervisor, 412-678-6177).  A service will be held at Noon immediately following visitation at the funeral home chapel with Pastor George Stadler officiating.
