Eleanor Sharik, age 94 of McKeesport, passed away Friday, January 29, 2016 at Briarcliff Pavilion in North Huntingdon. Born November 6, 1921 in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late Alojzy and Josephine (Pasko) Piotrowski, and beloved wife of the late Clyde L. Sharik, Sr. Eleanor was a dedicated mother and homemaker and enjoyed spending time gardening and planting flowers around the home. She also enjoyed playing Bingo with her Briarcliff Pavilion friends on Saturday afternoons. She is survived by her children, Deborah (Joseph) Parknavy of White Oak and Clyde L. (Paula) Sharik, Jr. of Ewing, New Jersey; grandchildren, Joey, Jonathan, Joel, Meaghen, Ashley, Caitlin, Clyde, III, and Joshua; siblings, Sophie Bondi, Caroline Przywarty and Tom Piotrowski; and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings, Stanley Piotrowski, John Piotrowski, Victoria Ploszay, and Louis Piotrowski. Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Monday, February 1, 2016 from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m. Blessing service will begin at 9:30 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, followed by a 10 a.m. Mass of Christian Burial in Holy Family Polish National Catholic Church. Fr. Bruce Sleczkowski will officiate. Interment will follow in Holy Family Cemetery, North Versailles. The family wishes to thank the nurses, aides, and entire staff of Briarcliff for their wonderful care and love provided to Mom.

MARSICO, 66 of Glassport, most recently of Lower Burrell, died Jan. 22, 2016.  He is the son of the late John and Shirley (Hughes) Marsico.  He is survived by sisters Kathleen (Henry) Buczynski of McKeesport, Sandra (Richard) Dyer of Bradenton, FL,  Luann Weisenburg of Inwood, WV and Shirley Jeanne (Gary) Beard of Bradenton, FL; brother John (Des) Marsico of Oklahoma City, OK; nieces Andrea, Sarah and Alyssa; nephews Eric, Josh, Kyle and Jacob, also aunt Theresa Marsico of Jeannette; childhood friends, Sandy Nolfi (whose husband, Rusty, died on Jan. 5) and Linda Lesnak; also numerous cousins.
 
Tony was a curator at Bayernhof Museum in O'Hara Twp.  He had a piano and tuning restoration business in Glassport and Charlotte, NC; was a Lionel train enthusiast, collecting trains since he was a small child and was an avid reader. Tony also attended Mt. Aloysius College in Cresson, Pa and was a Navy veteran during the Vietnam War. 
 
Friends will be received Wojciechowski Funeral Home, Glassport, Sat. 2-4 and 6-8.  A funeral blessing will be held Sat. at 2:30 pm in the funeral home with Rev. Wojcicki.

She was the best friend and grandmother you could ever ask for.

Robert E. Butz, 78, of Charleroi, passed away Tuesday, January 19, 2016. He was born November 12, 1937 in Greensburg and was the son of the late F. Emmett Butz and the late Eleanor May Cline Butz. Robert served in the United States Air Force and was a graduate of the Potomac State College of West Virginia University. He was a retired Manager for the Authority of The Borough of Charleroi. He is survived by his wife, Judy A. Shively Butz, son, James Robert "Rob" (Jamie) Butz of Belle Vernon, daughter, Tracy Stablein of Monongahela, brother, John (Judy) Butz of Arizona, and sister, Carol (Richard) Patterson of Youngstown.

James C. Shull, Sr. age 85, of North Huntingdon, formerly of McKeesport died on January 20, 2016.  Born May 23, 1930 in McKeesport, he was the son of the late Carl L. and Margaret (McClintock) (Shull) Lynce and the husband of Shirley (Slusser) Shull.  Jim was a letter carrier with the U.S. Post Office in McKeesport for 40 years and was also a guard at CCAC in West Mifflin for 22 years.  He belonged to the McKeesport Masonic Lodge 375, where he received his 50 year pin.  He also was a member of Christ U.M.C. of North Huntingdon, where he was a Charter Member and a past deacon.  In addition to his wife Shirley, he is survived by children, James Shull, Jr. of McKeesport and Karen (James, Jr.) Wetzler of Canandaigua, NY; cousins, Myra and Jon.  He was preceded in death by aunts, uncles, and cousins.  Family and friends will be received at Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory on Friday from 2-8 p.m.  A funeral service will be Saturday, 10 a.m. in the funeral home chapel.  Pastor Eric Dennis will officiate.  Burial will follow at Richland Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Christ U.M.C. of North Huntingdon at 2800 Coulterville Rd, McKeesport, PA 15131.  Condolences may be left at www.jaycox-jaworskifh.com

Robert Faulkner, IV, age 51 of Emsworth, passed away January 19, 2016 at his residence. Born May 30, 1964 in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Robert Faulkner, III and Alice (Karr) Faulkner. Robert worked for over 10 years at Hausler Roofing. He enjoyed golfing and always looked forward to spending time with his family. He is survived by his children, Robert Faulkner, Brandi McLennan, and Benjamin Faulkner; grandchildren, CiraBella McLennan, GiaBella Rose Faulkner, and Cylas Faulkner; siblings, Laura, Thomas, Brian, Alice, and Eric; and many nieces and nephews. She was very proud that all three of her sons had served in the military. She was the beloved wife of the late Frank W. Sekely; mother of Frank Sekely, of West Mifflin, Theresa Sekely, of West Mifflin, Joseph (Cristin) Sekely, of Monroeville, and Thomas (Christy) Sekely, of Colorado Springs, Colo.; grandmother of Dawsen Hudson, Josiah Sekely, Kaiden Sekely, Emma Sekely, Rylan Sekely, Sylas Sekely, Falyn Sekely and Shelby Sekely; and sister of Vincent (Kathleen) Hammer, of Mt. Lebanon, and Eileen (James) Ondish, of North Huntingdon.
