David Wasielewski, age 59, of North Versailles, died March 12, 2022, at home. Born November 1, 1962, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of Beatrice (Schoffstall) Wasielewski and the late Richard Wasielewski, Sr.  
David was a truck driver and owner of D.R.W. Trans L.L.C. He loved driving and being on the road because he wasn't making money if he was at home. David was a H.O.G. member and was always going for rides on his Harley in his free time. A few years ago, he went on a cross-country ride to California with friends. David was a member of Mary, Mother of God Parish, St. Robert Bellarmine Church, and a 1981 graduate of East Allegheny High School.

Jane M. Ockay, age 75, of McKeesport, died March 10, 2022, at Concordia of Monroeville. Born December 14, 1946, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of the late John J. and Anna (Opatrny) Ockay.
Jane retired from the former First Commonwealth Bank, where she was a bank teller. Before that, she worked at G.C. Murphy Co., main office as an administrative assistant and then the Murphy's Warehouse until they closed. Jane was a member of the Beulah Park Methodist Church of McKeesport. She had a love for animals, and is survived by her dog, "Nugget."
Jane is survived by her brother, John Jack Ockay, Jr., of Parkville, MD; and many cousins.
Private family arrangements were entrusted to Jaycox-Jaworski Funeral Home & Crematory. Burial was in McKeesport & Versailles Cemetery.

Judy Lynne Krauss

Judy Lynne Krauss, 61, of Pittsburgh, formerly of Bunola, passed away Thursday, March 10, 2022.  She was born November 1, 1960 in New Eagle and was the daughter of the late John Krauss, Jr. and the late Clare Theresa (Salka) Krauss. Judy loved to learn and further her education. She loved the French language and her numerous trips to France. She enjoyed art and painting and once had an art gallery in Elizabeth.  She was a voracious reader, who collected books and comic books, her favorites were Wonder Woman and Justice League. Judy was an avid gamer and adored games of all varieties. She also liked attending The Arts Festival, folk music, playing guitar and doing puzzles. There will not be any visitation or services, per Judy's request. She is survived by her half-brother, Michael (Laura-Ann) Krauss of The Villages, FL, nephews, Brian and Joseph Krauss, a multitude of cousins, aunts, uncles and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her dear cousin, Marilyn Lewis and her beloved cat, Corrie. Joanna (Joan) R. Fazekas

  Joanna (Joan) Rita (Pacewicz) Fazekas of Glassport passed away of natural causes on March 13, 2022 at UPMC McKeesport Hospital at the age of 86. Born in her grandmother's bed on Peach Alley in Glassport on Dec. 27, 1935, Joan was the daughter of the late Walter and Rose (Buldak) Pacewicz. Joan was the wife of the late Albert C. Fazekas. Joan is survived by her son Richard of Irwin, Lisa (Mario) Marghella of North Huntingdon, Michele Fazekas of Port Vue, step son Albert Daniel (Karen) Fazekas of Cary, NC and step daughter Nancy Kendall of North Huntingdon. She is also survived by her sister Patricia (Pacewicz) Tolner of North Huntingdon, sister-in-law Vivian Pacewicz of Needham, Mass. and Diane Pacewicz of Liberty Borough, grandchildren Kayla (Thomas) Kollar, Christopher (Gabrielle) Marghella, Cameron Newton, step grandchildren Beth (Todd) Hancock, David (Sarah) Fazekas and Heather (Simon) Allison. She is also survived by her great grandchildren Elliott and Isla, step great grandchildren Colby and Fallon, along with many nieces and nephews. Along with her husband, Joan was preceded in death by her siblings: Bernie, Eugene, Lenny, Tommy, Joey and Carol, and step daughter Karan (Fazekas) Rymarowicz and step granddaughter Connie Fazekas. Joan started life growing up in Glassport. She attended Holy Cross Catholic School and Glassport High School. She went on to hold down many jobs when she was young including working at Isaly's Deli and Minerva Bakery where she became a cake decorator. Joan also worked at Westinghouse Transportation Division in West Mifflin where she soldered printed circuit boards and then on to USX Irvin Works facility as a laborer. Later in life Joan, never being able to sit still, took jobs babysitting in the area for both older folks needing round the clock care and young children. Joan was never afraid to venture out of her comfort zone and took numerous trips by car as far away as Toronto, Canada. Joan's passions were playing bingo and listening to all types of music especially polkas which she would listen to every Sunday afternoon. Joan (Mum) will be sadly missed by her children, sister and all that knew her. Family and friends will be received at the Wojciechowski Funeral Home at 640 Vermont Ave., Glassport PA on Thursday March 17th from 2-4 and 6-8. A funeral blessing will be held Friday March 18th at 10am at the funeral home, entombment following at Lebanon Church Cemetery, West Mifflin. In lieu of flowers, Joan requests that memorial contributions be made to the White Oak Animal Safe Haven, 2295 Lincoln Way, White Oak, PA.

Alma Jean Barton, 92, of Elizabeth Twp, died peacefully at home surrounded by family on Saturday, March 12, 2022. She was born September 2, 1929, in Portage, Pa. and was the daughter of the late Freeman E. and Melda S. George. She was a charter member of Central Highlands Community United Methodist Church. She worked at G.C. Murphy Co. as an executive assistant and two positions with Elizabeth Forward school district as secretary at Yough Elementary and later as AV coordinator at the high school. She was active with the boy scouts and in the high school band booster organization. She was also a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Queen Aliquippa chapter. Alma was an avid reader who also enjoyed crocheting, crafts and traveling. Anyone who knew Alma, knew of her love for her family.

Jacqueline Egenlauf, age 49, of Port Vue, formerly of McKeesport, died March 9, 2022, at UPMC. Born August 31, 1972, in McKeesport, she was the daughter of Joseph Knoblock and the late Sarah Elaine (Davies) Knoblock.
Jackie currently worked at the Dollar General of Port Vue, where she was currently the assistant manager. She enjoyed collecting carousels and dolphins.
In addition to her father, Jackie is survived by her daughters, Cheyanne (Cody Dishong) Egenlauf and Savannah Egenlauf both of McKeesport; grandson, Jordan Grey; siblings, Bobbi Jo Knoblock of Sharpsville, PA and Joel Knoblock of Pittsburgh; niece, Melanie Maldonado; nephews, Shane and Shawn Maldonado.

Castine, who passed away June 25, 2004, and her daughter Audrey (Gary) Greenawalt, who passed away May 16, 2016.  Dolores is survived by her sons Theodore (Jean) Southern of Pottstown and Dennis (Christine) Southern of Lincoln Borough; her grandchildren Shawn Southern, Stephanie Ryan, Melissa Ryder, and Phillip Greenawalt; and also her six great-grandchildren.

David F. Cameron, age 63, of McKeesport, died March 9, 2022, at home.  Born December 31, 1958, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late William D. Cameron and Francine Jean (Ernest "Skip") Katcher.  David worked most of his life as a truck driver delivering produce for Green Grocer and Jordan Banana.  He enjoyed driving and meeting many friendly people along his routes.  The companies he worked for always trusted his keen eye for maintaining high-quality control standards.  When he was younger, David spent many summers water skiing on the Allegheny River with his brother Dan.  After a long day on the river, they would camp together on ten mile island.  At home, you could find him watching westerns, comedies, and Svengoolie every Saturday.  David also enjoyed spending time with his dog, shooting guns, poker machines, and playing the Powerball.

Joseph Charles "J.C." Muenzer, age 62, of Elizabeth, passed away on March 9, 2022, at Jefferson Hospital with his loving family at bedside. He was the owner of JC Flooring in Elizabeth. He was a member of Journey By Grace Church in Rostraver, where he played lead guitar in the praise band and practiced his strong faith. He was the lead guitarist for Larry Lee Jones and the Sidemen, Prairie Fire, Silverado and Steel Witness. His first love was the guitar at the young age of 14 where one of his many talents shined through. He was an outdoorsman, loved to fish, hunt and loved the Steelers. J.C. touched so many lives and was blessed with a loving family. He was a proud father and pappy and dedicated husband. He will be missed by many but his memory will live on forever. A precious life taken too soon, fly high with the angels and you will forever be our hero. Born July 8, 1959 in Pittsburgh, he was a son of the late Eugene Muenzer and Patricia A. (Franceschini) Blyth. He is survived by his wife of 11 years, Lisa R. (Wilson) Muenzer; daughters, Lisa (Jarvis) Fraser of Jacksonville, FL and Krista (Brian) Best of Forward Twp.; sons, Josh (Sara Miller) Muenzer of Elizabeth, Chad (Peggy Ormond) Rager of Elizabeth and Jeremy Rager of Elizabeth; grandchildren, Janessa Collins, Maddi and Danica Best, Chad Rager Jr. and Alyssa and Kali Fraser; stepfather, Joseph E.
